Established in 1979. In 1979, we began Chris' Moving Men, Inc. on the West side of Los Angeles.  Back then, our advertising consisted of posting flyers on bulletin boards at local supermarkets.  Today, in the 21st century, we've taken our efforts to the internet.  With nearly 30 years of experience under our belt, Chris' Moving Men, Inc. fills a unique niche in the moving and storage industry of Southern California.  Our role is simple, to provide you with the services that massive moving companies offer, while still maintaining the quality control and personalized attention that other moving companies can't. This was a "Move On Premises":  I needed to have 2 computer desks - one rather heavy and bulky - moved from upstairs, down into the garage, navigating a narrow, custom oak and wrought iron staircase along the way. From Gloria, who answered my call and booked my job, to owner Chris who phoned later to review requirements, to Bill and Dan who arrived on time to do the job - this was a high quality service from start to finish!  Bill and Dan represent this company very well as they were very professional yet friendly, listened to my concerns as they reviewed the job and kept me informed of their work as they moved both pieces of furniture.While this wasn't a full household move I'm certain that experience would be just as favorable.  I highly recommend this local company based on my today's experience.

We have used them several times within the past 10 years.. This last time was a truly HORRIBLE experience that they refuse to take responsibility for.. Broke a handful of household items and 1 of their movers, either Ben, Fernando or their boss in charge on our move that day, STOLE  priceless literally personal, irreplaceable items from us. NO ONE OF COURSE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS.. We have been going back and forth to get some compensation for the broken items and settle something for the stolen items.. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. We tipped them heavily, we fed them, didn't even include the sofa they broke in the insurance claim, THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY! DO NOT USE THEM. Their insurance company IAT will NOT take any responsibility along with Chris Moving Men. Gonna say they do NOT do any background checks on their movers!..and too FUNNY NOT 1 OF THEIR MOVERS LOOKS LIKE ANY OF THE PICTURES THEY PUT UP..

After living in a one bedroom apartment for almost 14 years, it was time to move into a three bedroom house.  I was nervous about hiring a moving company to do my move after hearing the horror stories from my friends.  I am so happy that I went on Yelp and read the reviews concerning Chris' Moving Men.  Kiki and Adam arrived right on time and were very professional and kind.  They both took my stress away.  My heavy furniture was blanketed and shrink wrapped and they took special care with my huge glass mirror on my dresser and my antiques. Nothing was damage!  What a relief.  Thank you Kiki and Adam for a fantastic job!

Like all had many options and I am extremely happy by choosing Chris Moving Men. Needed storage and movers after selling home of 29 years and then buying another within 6 months. Kiki and his crew did a professional job on both ends. They crated a heavy glass top to dining table and it arrived just like it was shipped out. Our new home has 22 stairs up from the street. Kiki's crew showed up with a smile and moved us in like it was no big deal. Moving is a hassle and can be stressful. Kiki and his crew took the stress and hassle out of our move and Chris Moving Men office staff did the same. Hope we don't move again soon but when we do it will be them.
