Great experience, Max and Hafiz did a wonderful job communicating with me prior to moving my stuff--and right on time!! Both very nice and friendly and moved my things quickly and with care, and kept very good conversation. Super easy to schedule. Very accommodating. Will definitely use again :)

Elkin & Nelson moved me today and I've never used your service before and I was highly satisfied . Let me first say they were both extremely professional and quite efficient and fast at moving all my things . They got done rapidly and were a joy to also talk with . In my opinion moving can be stressful but when the experience is made easiest and more enjoyable from your movers that's a rare occasion ! I will be recommending to all my colleagues / clients I'm extremely satisfied! Thanks again guys

Max and Willis are amazing! They went above and beyond for me with my move and especially my couch not fitting thru the door. It was stressful for me but they wouldn't give up! Thank you guys so much!!! I will deff recommend you to everyone!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I wish that I could give zero stars.  I feel that I'm a pretty easy going person, but the customer service (or complete lack of) I received this past weekend was actually unbelievable.While everyone I had previously spoken to prior to the day of the move was very accommodating, I had assumed the actual moving day would follow suit. I was so wrong.My moving time frame was between 2pm-5pm and around 4:40pm I had not heard from the company so I gave them a call to check on an ETA for the truck. The man I spoke with "Andy" said that he would call me back after checking on the truck.  Around 5:00pm he called back saying it would maybe be another hour before they got there, but he wasn't sure.  I tried to get a more solid answer for time frame which then for some reason caused Andy to completely go insane.A couple fun notes from our conversation:- I should be happy that he is even answering my call because some people don't even answer when a customer calls (obviously this makes no sense)- When  I asked for his name so that I could speak to a supervisor, he yelled that I was trying to "check his credit score/steal his identity"- was told that people are late all the time and that's life, like when he does his laundry and someone doesn't take it out of the dryer in time...... what.?-When I told him to calm down and had him on speaker so that my friends could hear the tone he was taking, he blew up claiming that I was "laughing at him and making a show of him."- When stating that his customer service is not up to par, he said the customer isn't always right and they aren't god. Then asked me, "Do you think you're God?" over and over.This went on for about 20 minutes before I was just begging to talk to someone else in the company.  I gave the phone to a friend that was helping me move and he proceeded to berate her as well before saying that he was cancelling my movers because he didn't want to "deal with this shit anymore."So my movers were cancelled when I had to be out of my apartment the next day. We tried to call back, but our calls were being screened.  My boyfriend then called and got ahold of him, but he proceeded to yell at him and then hang up.I sent an email explaining the events, but no one has responded. By the way, all of this phone call was recorded so I had proof of what was said.I ended up finding another mover at short notice for the next day who were prompt, courteous and professional. I'm not sure where the disconnect is with all of the 5 star reviews I read, but they need to remove "Andy" from their staff if they want a successful business.
