Movers were great!For starters, they bypassed our house and gave a detailed estimated cost of promotion, as well as answers to all our questions and problems. We talked with rep that all employees are professional, very polite.When unpacking was done, we found only two broken statues. And we reimburse their cost. Everything was just great!

I hired Calstate Moving to move me from a 2nd floor apartment to a house. The office individuals on the phone were very professional and prompt. I scheduled the move and submitted an inventory on-line and received a quote for either 2, 3, or 4 movers and the rates.I was called on Sunday the day before the move and was told that the would arrive at 7. I was pleasantly surprised by this as I wasn't expecting them to start till at least 8 am! The team came in and did an overview of what was to be taken and then they started right in with loading up the truck. About half way done loading they politely asked if they could take a 5 minute break. They then started back up and finished loading. Upon arriving at the house they unloaded everything and asked where we wanted it place. I will definitely use them again!

We had a great experience with Calstate!!We were looking for a mover to both pack and move our four bedroom house. I interviewed and received estimates from five movers. Calstate's price was very competitive and rep was very knowledgable!He assured me the pack could be done in one day and the move also in one day. Other providers told me it couldn't be done in two days. The team that arrived was polite, hard-working and efficient.Part of our contract was disassembling and re-assembling a trampoline. Team made the move easy!

The planning with Moving Company in Santa Barbara went very well. Manager in the office sent me all the paperwork to read and explained all the rates and procedures. The actual move went very well. They called me when they left their shop. They were on time. No fussing around, they got right to it. They used pads to protect the floors and the corners of walls. Movers protected all our belongings with cloths or pads. They placed everything in the storage unit neatly and tight. They placed things where I asked them for easy access. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. The crew leader presented and explained the paperwork very clearly. I wil use these guys again.
