Do NOT use this company. They are criminals and have stolen my full truckload of items that were to be delivered from Oregon to Virginia. I am looking to connect with anyone who has had or is having a similar experience.I have  not been able to speak to anyone that I originally spoke to when setting up this move. The phone calls keep getting rerouted and no one will return messages.Yesterday after pushing buttons on the phone I finally spoke to someone who said they were holding my stuff in Washington state. ( I see by other reviews they have told others the same thing.) I could not get any other info at all.I have messaged a few of you that have made reviews. Please contact me by phone, e-mail or msg through this site. what they are doing is much more than a "civil" complaint and they need to be criminally investigated. I am not going to back down until I have my belongings and they are totally investigated and hopefully prosecuted.PLEASE , once again contact me if you have had a similar experience.THANK YOU !FOLKS !!! Hi All!My name is Richard, and I am a previous victim of this company. They change names every 9 months. Last time I checked their name was Moving America (National Movers, Moving America, Fox Van Lines-- aliases), and they're located in ISRAEL, and that's very problematic because my sister's son was in Israel for a few months and he tried to use her Chase card and it DID NOT work because Chase has Israel on the same status as North Korea regarding fraudulent charges, so not only are they only lying to-- you can also get into SERIOUS legal trouble because your money is being sent to Israel, and there are SEVERAL STRICT federal guidelines regarding nations in which you can send money to.If you're interested, I can provide you the REAL information of the owner who is in ISRAEL (Her phone number, address, and email address, and name)My direct email address is richard.s@orthodontist.n… (or email me here, and I will provide you with evidence, and information to SUE). - Richard

They said they were different from Cal Van lines (which have terrible reviews), but I didn't believe it. They sent me some reviews they received. If you see them you are able to clearly notice that those reviews are what they did themselves. It was not on Yelp, but on local movers site. But I hired them anyway because they offered the lowest estimate and I thought the longest time they indicated for moving would be fine with me. The contract indicated it would take up to 21 business days and I thought 21 business days would be ok with me.My move is from WA to NJ.  They picked on June 18th. On the 20th business day (which is July 17th), I called the operation department, asking where my stuff was and they said it was still in Washington state. The representative (Yoha--) said it would up to 30 business days legally as indicated on the contract (she said "hidden word on the contract"). She also said she would talk to the dispatcher and do something. On the 21st business day (July 18th), I called the operation department again and verified there was no update. Hung up and called the reservation department to talk to the agent (Micha--) who I contracted with. I couldn't reach him, instead I was able to talk to a manager (Ale-). He said he would talk to the operation department and have them give me a call next day. On the 23rd business day (July 20th), no one returned a call on the 22nd business day. I called the operation department and talked to Yoha-- again. No update still. She said she would do something and return a call next day.    On the 25th business day (July 24th), because Yoha--   did not return a call on the 24th business day, I called her up again and she said my stuff was still in Washington state!Here are two punchlines. TWO, not just one!I asked to talk to her supervisor and she said the supervisor was not available at the moment and s/he would return a call within 72 HOURS!!  I said only 5 business days left until the legal 30 business day and I wanted to have my stuff in 72 hours, not just a call !!  Another punchline.Before writing this review, I wanted to talk to the agent (Micha--) who I had a contract with to see what he would do. I called the reservation department five times to talk to him. Every time I called he was on the phone. At the last call, I talked to the new hire (Meg--, she said she was a new) and said I wanted to talk to Micha-- before writing a review online. After a brief hold, she said Micha-- was not at his desk and FEEL FREE TO WRITE A REVIEW.  She found who I was through my cell phone number and probably let Micha-- know who I was. He just avoided my call. When people buy things from Amazon and ebay, the small companies are so concerned about reviews we leave. This Cali Vanline (Or Cali Van line or Cali VL LLC) does not even care about the reviews.  I don't think they will be able to deliver my stuff in 5 business days from Washington to New Jersey, so I will find a way to bring a lawsuit to this case.

If you want your stuff to A) arrive in a timely fashion B) arrive in one piece or C) arrive at all DO NOT USE. This is basically a scam. A lot of my stuff just didn't show up, they took my furniture apart and came without parts, and just forgot something entirely. I hope no one ever uses them ever again.
