CA - NY Express Cross Country Movers

I was hugely happy with my experience with CA/NY Express movers throughout the entire process. After 10 years in New York and needing to relocate to the west coast for work, the very prospect of a cross-country move was quite overwhelming. Especially so considering how many local NYC moves I had suffered over the years. Such moves had given me a disdain for moving companies. Such was my opinion until my dealings with CA/NY Express.There was absolutely no pain or suffering whatsoever in my dealings with this company. They were unbelievably quick and thorough in their response time to my many queries. The quote was straightforward and highly superb. The movers on both ends of the trips were extremely courteous, efficient, collaborative, responsive, thorough, and honest.I recommend using CA/Express Movers with 100% enthusiasm. You will not find a better moving company. After the cross-country move, I quipped to the destination crew: do I really have to move 4,000 miles across the country to use your service...why don't y'all do local moves?!

CA NY Express team was helpful and flexible as we had many changes along the way.  They're experienced in this long distance move and knew how to handle all the things we needed to move.  Our estimator, Noel, was transparent and insightful at my initial and after which made me more confident in their capabilities.  The estimate was clear and the final charges reflected what we expected.  Our CA team was able to handle all of our boxes and noticed that 1 of our items was missing and contacted the storage facility and came back the next day to bring the item.  Both the NY and CA teams contacted us before they were going to arrive and we even received email notifications along the way as our belongings were moving across the country.  That's the best form of reassurance of the progress of your move!  This is a big move and we were glad they were so experienced and helpful.

so professional, courteous and understanding. elizabeth worked with me to book our entire move almost 100% via text message, which was amazingly helpful for a mum with her hands full with a one year-old baby. nelly and his moving team in nyc were the epitome of polite, professional efficiency. perry and david were second to none when it came to customer care while waiting for our belongings to arrive, just wonderful. there were a couple of minor hiccups, which they handled with such diplomacy that i hesitate to even bring it up. and rigo and his moving team here in la were again polite, professional, efficient. to say it was a pleasure working with ca-ny express would be an understatement. i recommended the company to a co-worker who was also relocating to la from nyc and she was so grateful as she has had the same type of experience.i don't think i've worked with any other company or service that has taken such good care or left me with such a positive feeling. i'd recommend ca-ny express to anyone any day.

I had a great experience using CA NY Express for my move to NY a few months ago. I have never done a move like this before, so was a little nervous. I did some research and after receiving three estimates, decided to hire these guys. They have great reviews and I can see why. They are friendly, transparent pricing, and efficient. Customer service was great, and answered all my questions. I liked the update emails. Very happy with the service I received!

This was a pleasant move for us. It was well organized from the beginning. The company representative David came to our home and provided us a very competitive quote. He was extremely courteous and polite. What we liked very much was the easy communication with everyone in the company. The workers on both ends were professional and arrived on time. We had one piece of furniture arrive damaged. David immediately had someone assist me to get it resolved.
