We used Big Boys Moving (Mike & Johnnie) to move 4 bundled pallets of household goods from our driveway to our local storage facility. They needed to bring a truck with a lift and a pallet jack. At the storage room they needed to disassemble all the items. the job was done professionally with no surprises. We bid the job out to 5 different movers on Yelp and Big Boys had the best rate by far. I recommend this firm.

This company came to our rescue in the 12th hour! We had rented Pods for our move and they were scheduled to be picked up on Monday. We had movers lined up but for some unforseen events they were not going to be able to make it. I called big boys around 11am, he said his guys were off today, I explained my situation. He told me he was going to text some guys and give me a call back. Within 15mins, he was able to get a crew together and they were there ready to go at 1:15. They came in moved our stuff incredibly fast. There were no extra charges for a last minute move or for it being on a Sunday! This company was amazing and we couldn't of asked for better service! Thank you guys again!

Rip Off !!!! I was given a quote over the phone and they end up charging DOUBLE the amount. When I asked the movers about the excessive amount, the answer I got was "the people that answer the phone and give out quotes have no idea of how much stuff is being moved". If that is the case then they need to send someone to do an assessment before giving a quote. The movers were very slow, and they charged me 5 hours, although they only "worked" 4.5 hours because according to their policy the time is "rounded" to a whole hour.They could have done the move is less than 3 hours, but they took their sweet time, sometimes carrying ONE single item at a time ( like a thin floor lamp from Wal-Mart that can be carried with one hand). They also caused damages to my furniture ( scratches on bed frame and dinning table) and when I asked the movers how to go about reporting the damages, they caught an attitude and one mover asked the other one for a black sharpie to "fix" the scratches. He actually went over the scratches with the sharpie and said " see, it's fixed".There were other few things damaged but at the end I didn't even wanted to bother with them. I was trying to safe a few bucks, but never again will use their services.

I just received the following text from an associate at Big Boys Moving, see below We are going to send letters out to all of our customer to give a review on yelp , to knock down the lies you put on there , you said we damage your dining room table and grandfather clock , those are lies , we did a remarkable job for your family , Let the Lord touch your spirit at once !!!!!!!!!!!!!Now this text came after a harassing telephone call in which I had to hang up on the person. This company is pathetic and run by unprofessional, uncaring, rude, borderline ignorant men. Please think twice before using them.
