I originally had written the best review for these guys. But when I went to check out the house that they had moved stuff from there were several things that weren't packed. I called them and they were terrible about it. No apology at all. When I have tried to call back they have hung up on me. I have also found a couple things missing. When I try to call just to ask if they remember seeing it- I get hung up on again. It's incredible that we couldn't even get an apology... Do not work with these guys.

Wonderful!! The crew (Dimitri and Oganes) was prompt, communicative, speedy, and very very pleasant. I got multiple quotes for this move the day beforehand (oops!) and Bee was the cheapest, and seriously worth every penny. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I wanted to provide an update to my preview review:Upon writing my review, I was immediately contacted by this company to assist me in resolving my issues. The management team was courteous, generous, and open to making right my experience. I was happy with the service I was provided to resolve my issues. It is very hard to find good customer service these days and I was happy at how motivated they were to assist me.

I had the pleasure of working with Bee Moving Company for my 1 Bedroom apartment move yesterday. The reason why I chose these guys over everyone else is simple -- their customer service was amazing. I've never used movers before, and the man who I was corresponding with (Lyall) made me feel at ease from day 1. Their prices are great too compared with everyone else, and their pricing structure is simple and to the point -- no hidden fees or weird stipulations.My team of three consisted of Vlad, Aleks and Max. As soon as they arrived to my home they were ready to get to business! They handle all of my boxes with care, and all of my furniture was shrink wrapped properly. Blankets were used as well. I was so impressed, especially due to the multiple stairs that I have leading up to my 2nd floor unit and a few leading up to the front door.I highly recommend this moving company and if/when I move again, I know who I'll call! Thank you for everything yesterday guys -- truly a great experience and you made it so less stressful than I was anticipating :)Tip for future movers: label everything properly (on all sides of the boxes) and if you have multiple stops like I did (majority of my stuff went into storage, and the rest of my goods went to my home which was located a few blocks from my storage) you should color code each box  to help with loading/unload items to and from the truck. Doing that helps the crew tremendously and they were very appreciative of it. It also helps YOU because makes it more efficient and will cost you less! :)

Let me get straight to the point: Shopped around Yelp for movers (I contacted 9 in total for quotes); called Bee Moving Company & they offered me the best rate - admittedly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but these guys are pros. Got a call day of, confirming they were en route with eta; Dmitry, Slava, and Jaga showed up on-time; wrapped my belongings in plastic (I asked them to only wrap the items I selected), blankets placed on them, banged-out the work order and got the job done. Took 30 mins more than anticipated but then again, I was moving out of a 9-room house. No damaged or missing items here. Highly recommended!
