We are in the middle of a move from Lancaster CA to Indiana. I have to say that the crew that conveyed our belongings from our apartment to the central location for loading on the truck were amazing. Ori and his crew were incredible!  Amanda (my move coordinator) has been very impressive.  Will update this posting once the furnishings arrive in Indiana. Thanks to all for making this as easy as possible!Update 8/13/17:  Delivery team of Diak and associate brought furniture today.  They were VERY attentive and went above and beyond.  I give them 5 stars as well.  The ONLY issue I have is with the delivery team's manager (whomever that person's name is - unfortunately I did not get his name when he called yesterday.  This person was EXTREMELY rude and on more than one  occasion when we were speaking on the telephone told me to shut up and listen to him. Regardless of how antagonistic a telephone conversation gets with a customer the number one rule is you NEVER EVER speak as rudely as he did with me.)  The delivery was more than 7-14 days from the date of pick. I took it upon myself to call the driver last week and he advised they would be making the delivery either Saturday, Sunday or Monday.  We had made arrangements to deliver on Monday so that there would be the least inconvenience to our neighbors knowing that on weekends there is a lot of coming and going. The driver's manager called late yesterday afternoon and told me I HAD to take delivery today or there would be a $1200 fee (which he supposedly graciously lowered to $800) to put it off until tomorrow  The connection was terrible on his call so I had to speak louder than my normal voice and he accused me of screaming at him.  Thankfully Diak was very accommodating and kept me updated on his status.  He realized the issues with traffic here and worked so that the truck was offloaded quickly and moved out of the way.If I were having to rate this entire transaction based that delivery manager, it would be a MINUS 5, but the other people I worked with were excellent.  I do have some irreplaceable items that were broken for which I will be filing a claim, but all in all (aside from the unprofessional delivery manager) this would have to be at 5.

I am in the middle (thankfully coming to the end of my move) from California to Colorado.  If moving couldn't be stressful enough this moving company DID NOT help.  It all seemed so great when Kelly had given my husband an initial quote for $1890 (540 cf @ $3.80 per cf).  Being weary of moving companies already, my husband had calculated the cubic square feet of everything we were moving (on an excel document and equating to 560 cf.  We then decided to leave 2 couches and a futon back (which were initially in our quote).Ori and his team came on time and we're very professional and had communicated with me until their arrival.  His team was very quick and personable and I felt like my things were being taken care of (which is the only positive experience I can claim throughout this process).  Ori had sat down to do his paperwork with me at which time he gave a visual estimate of 800 cf.  I told him that I wanted to be charged based on actual since we had calculated everything out.  He put his very good sales hat on and told me about sometimes it might be more based on how they pack it.  Made sense at the time (not now, looking back at it) so I agreed to pay for 800 cf.  All my stuff is now packed on the truck and Ori comes back to me and says that the actual is 1200 cf and the total cost is going to be $4,473.  I attempted to understand how it could be double what I know and calculated it out to be, but once again Ori put his good sales hat on and talked about how he didn't see the bikes behind some of my boxes.  I had two standard size bikes and a child's tricycle (that should NOT double my cf).  I will take responsibility for this as I should've told him to just take everything out of the truck!  Frustrated and not knowing what to do since I had to be out of my current place that week, my own stupid fault for just signing the rest of the paperwork.  My husband has already been in Colorado at this time and calls Kelly back up, due to this HUGE discrepancy in cf and quotes.  She tells him that she will contact him back, and after my husband follows up on his messages for 3 days she says that she will have to call him back after speaking to a manager and the team who packed our stuff.  She never called him, so he called back and he was informed she went on vacation for 3 weeks.  He eventually was able to speak with Chris about our dilemma.  He told my husband the discrepancy was in packing materials and couldn't even acknowledge the basic math behind it all.  He did give us a "discount" so our grand total to move less than 500 cf of stuff was $3697!When the stuff got to Colorado it was on time and the unloading team was good my husband said.  Not completely unpacked yet but so far all accounted for (TV stand clip broken so will have to file a claim...will see how that goes).

Move myw daughter a couple years ago and was going to use them for my upcoming move.  Then my daughter reminded me of a few details about her move:1.  The final cost ended up $1000 over the        original quote.2.  It took over two weeks after the shipment     arrived at the destination warehouse for it     to be delivered to my daughter's home.3.  When the delivery was finally made, there      were multiple items missing and broken.      When my daughter tried to file insurance       claims, her calls went unreturned.Thanks to my daughter, I avoided a nightmare move!

So as per my prior review, I had a less then stellar moving experience. BUT I received a call from chris, manager, who made a huge effort to not only get in touch with me but also to assist and resolve my issues. He listened to my concerns and asked many relevant questions . We discussed my concerns at length and resolved my bill with an adjustment from 2250$ to 1750$, which was quite generous of him. Please note that I give huge kudos to several people throughout my experience: amanda, Carlos, matt and finally , chris. The situation was stressful but it has been resolved to the satisfaction of allInvolved. Thanks chris

We can't be happier with the decision that we made to hire B52!! We are very impressed by the professionalism and the quality we received. The guys were a m a z I n g ! Would recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!
