Worst experience ever. Besides being bamboozled for close to 2,000 for a local move, they don't answer phone calls or emails in a timely manner. It's all about the money. I am giving them one star because there is no option for ZERO stars. For your peace of mind, use someone else.To make matters worse: When I finally was able to examine my belongings I found: STOLEN OBJECTS: My flat screen TV, DVD player, the top half of my kitchen table are GONE. My desk is severely damaged. My credenza is damaged. My 88 weighted Keyboard/ controller is DAMAGED....And some boxes had water damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a horrible experience with this moving company. They gave me two quotes because I was unsure of how many cubic feet I had to move. The move ended up being double the HIGH estimate.When I would try to contact the movers to schedule my unpack no one would answer the phone. The woman that had coordinated my move was no longer with the company and no one let me know.When my movers came (they said they would be there between 9 am and 11 am) they showed up at 5pm. They did not tell me that if a 60ft truck doesn't fit on your street there is an additional $400 charge to transfer your goods to a smaller truck.My large flat screen tv was broken along with my media stand, and two chairs. ALL of the boxes arrived looking crumbled with the corners pushed in. My mattress was ROLLED UP not covered all and arrived totally filthy and covered in dirt.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

worst ever! showed up tried to charge 3x price quoted then just showed up no appointment after told them had delays do not deliver!  Held my stuff hostage they stuck in storage after hours on a Sunday after 6 p.m.!  would tell me where my stuff was until paid them!  had to leave 40% of my stuff could afford to take it for 3x bid couldn't afford more!  still had to rent trailer haul out of state what was left!

OMG! I just went thru the worst experience of my life with this company. Wish I had read these reviews before.  Everything people are writing is very true down to the names of people dealt with.  How do they live with themselves?  Double charges, wanted to charge double the double charges if not available when they decide to show up at the last minute even though they will not give you any information about delivery dates. no matter how many times you ask, even the night before. EVERYTHING broken, damaged or missing. I posted pictures.  Something wet and nasty got on everything.   Will write additional review in a few days when I open everything.   Extremely rude and unethical. The language used and how they address customers is unbelievable. I have insulting and harassing texts and emails. I have not even started the claim process, but can only imagine.  Will let lawyer handle this. I have moved 7 times in the past 5 years, 5 of these times across states and have not experienced anything like this. We should all sue and report this to every government agency and consumer report we can find.  This is completely unacceptable!  It is up to us to shut this place down. A negative review is not going to do it. Do something!

My jewelry box was raided and the nice customer service ended the second I actually needed help.Things at first were going well except that my move ended up being triple what the quote was.  One thing I will say is make sure you know exactly how much you'll be moving or else your quote will triple as well.I was happy to note that they made my moving date on time, I was worried about this, but when I mentioned that my jewelry box had been raided and things stolen from there...all helpful customer service ended and I was immediately punted to a third party that makes it VERY time consuming to file a claim.Based on the fact that there was no help when their company had stolen pieces of jewelry and actually had to unpack the case to get into it...I would HIGHLY suggest not working with this company!
