These guys worked their tails off! I had a very stressful experience with my recent move, but all around moving made the process a little bit easier thanks to their excellent job moving my stuff from a storage unit to my new apartment. Prior to moving, Jane was very prompt with responding to all my messages with clear answers, which is why I chose them over other services in the area. On the day of the move, the movers called when they were on their way, and made it to my pickup destination during the specified window. The previous movers/uhaul damaged some of my stuff, so these guys made sure to be extra careful to make sure no further damage was done. I was in a horrible mood going into the day, but my movers were awesome, provided excellent customer service and were even patient with my dog being super annoying. Great experience and I'll definitely use them next time I move!

Hired to load POD moving container for a 3 bdrm house. Requested crew of 3 for a 3-4 hrs of work - took over 7 hrs. Poor language skills in communicating with the customer and even poorer communication between the crew and their understanding of the differences between bags, boxes and dressers caused us to have to unload and re-pack part of the POD while the crew were at lunch, essentially wasting about an hour and a half of labor. The crew started _VERY_ slow, but sped up the last couple hours towards the end of the day - probably hoping to get home. While moving out a sofa and a dresser, two walls were damaged that required $180 to repair. Submitted pictures to the owner of the company and was offered $75 to change my mid-star thumbtack.com and Yelp reviews - no offer to make the repairs themselves. Also discovered whiule reviewing the final paid bill two weeks later that the $50 I paid as a deposit to secure the services was not deducted off my bill. Their manager stated that the deduction "..is mentioned nowhere on your final bill, as only the final amount of of payment is stated there". What? If this is true, then you quoted me an incorrect estimate as the rate per hour and time spent/materials were exactly as quoted BEFORE I made the deposit payment. My mistake here... I paid cash to save $10% stoopid me ;-( .I would look elsewhere - just too many potential problems from a "Professional" business.FEB08 2016 follow-up ; Last night while watching a rather important football game on TV, I received a call from a phone number I did not immediately recognize, so I let it go straight to VM. No message was left, but this morning I did a check from my own phone history and discovered it was the same phone number that called me on the day the outlined experience above was performed. The guy who was the crew leader called me that morning when he told me he and his crew was on their way. I am hoping this was some kind of butt dial, but it was too weird not to consider otherwise. Just for the sheer creep factor, I lowered the rating another star.

Alex and Andre were phenomenal! They were on time, efficient, & extremely responsive to all of our packing needs.We will recommend them to all of our friends.

These guys are real professionals. They showed up on time, did a real quick assessment, and got down to it. We only asked them to do a very limited amount of packing so cannot adequately speak to that; however, they wrapped up all of our furniture and everything turned our great. I did feel bad because today was one of the hottest days of the year so far and the elevators at both our old and new place did not cooperate very well. Thats why things took about an hour or two longer than we thought it was going to, but that didn't have anything to do with the movers (we are totally sorry for whoever was after us today, it wasn't the movers' fault).Both Alex and Andrey were really professional, courteous, and hard working. I'd highly recommend them.

I found this moving company on Thumbtack and will never use them again... The last time I moved (same amount of stuff) it took just under 4 hours to move EVERYTHING... This time I woke up early and moved 2 car loads prior to the movers arriving thinking we could save a little time and money... So 2 full Honda CRV loads went out before. Then the movers arrive early, which at the time I was annoyed about because that was the whole point in hiring this company over the company I usually use. The company I usually use gave me such a large window for an arrival time and I only had 3 hour freight elevator reservations at each location. Thank god they came early... By the end of 2.5 hours less than half of the stuff was out of my apartment. I told them they HAD to get the rest of the furniture ASAP. They ended up going over the elevator reservation time and leaving sooooooooo much behind. Then to make matters worse it took them an hour to get to my new place which was literally 3 blocks away. I only had 3 hours for the elevator at the new place as well and they just wasted an hour of that time. The driver gave me some story about construction and cops and then upon arrival wanted to talk to me about it and show me pictures. I tried to call them before they left the building to ensure they knew the best/quickest route, but they did not answer (I called several times.) After they finally arrived at the new place, I ended having to do sooooooo much of the moving myself. They again went over the elevator time, but luckily security was really nice and let us use it for an additional 30 minutes. At nearly 8 hours into the move, I had stuff left on the sidewalk, stuff in the lobby, stuff outside the elevator on our floor, and I was irate. My husband finally got home from work (He's in the ARMY and is in charge of a reserve company one weekend each month and absolutely could not miss this weekend,) and was I shock to see everything... I didn't even tell him that we still had about 5-6 carloads of stuff left at the old place. He ended up having to help the movers with a bookshelf that we have after the movers tried to just leave it saying there's just no way to get it upstairs without taking it apart. Funny that my husband found a way... I am so thankful that I scheduled this move the day before our lease was actually up because I spent from 8am-9:30pm moving the rest of our stuff the next day... It was awful. I let my husband deal with paying these guys, who kept proclaiming they were working the whole time... Yeah, which may very well be, but they were extremely inefficient and slow at that, and I know they were not paid for the full amount to time. The one also decided to inform me that I have "soooo much stuff." If my one bedroom load was soooooo much stuff, this guy clearly has little experience in the moving business.I would never recommend this company to anyone!Just wanted to add a few additional notes to my previous review:1.) The number of marks we have found from furniture drags on our hardwood floors is crazy... Particularly one in our bedroom. I'm going to attach a picture of the large paint scuffs left behind. 2.) Our very large dresser was left in the new apartment upside down. Luckily my husband and I are both very strong, fit people and were able to get it upright without hurting ourselves or causing further damage to our floor.3.) We are finally getting around to putting our bed frame back together and are finding it very difficult to do so WITHOUT any of the screws! They are no where to be found.
