Excellent service and high efficiency! I scheduled the move a day before and was able to have the movers come on time, which was great considering this was my first time moving. Archie was helpful and informative while Jaroslav was in charge of moving the bigger stuff with care.I completely recommend this company to anyone who needs any sort of moving. For an inexperienced girl, it's comforting to know my stuff was handled by professionals.

****Used these people when they were known as All Included Movers.  Looks like Archie changed his name when the reviews and shady business practices caught up with him.  Please don't be fooledThese people are shady at best, and dangerous at worst - please stay away at all costsMy girlfriend and I found a Groupon for All Included Movers for our move 2 1/2 years ago, and were very disappointed.  It is obvious that Archie reviews these posts, so I'll simply leave the facts and allow you to make up your own mind.- Booked with a Groupon special for 2 movers and a truck- Moving a 1bdrm guest house, and 4th flr 1bdrm apartment into a 2bdrm duplex - Truck arrived over 2hrs late - We were informed this was due to the fact that the truck had broken down and they needed to rent a new truck- Was informed by Archie he'd send 3 movers - I assumed this was form of apology for the inconvenience and no additional price was discussed or agreed upon- loaded my apartment, movers packed and handled boxes and furniture with care and consideration- Gave movers printed directions, explained route and next location parking- Movers got lost, tried calling the only number given, a google phone# without voicemail.  Eventually flagged down movers to next location - estimated wasted time 30minutes*Please note English wasn't the first language of our movers and most of them either didn't speak English or wouldn't.  It really made it very difficult to communicate with them, and we'd have appreciated either having at least one mover who understood and spoke English fluently or been informed of the language barrier beforehand, so we could have been prepared for it.- Movers were careful with furniture and boxes, but do to the lost time time and the speed at which they were operating the apartment couldn't be completed and truck unloaded in the time budgeted, so I instructed them to move on to the final place without completing the apartment- Again, gave detailed directions and offered to have them follow to location.  Movers refused to follow stating it was policy not to follow.  We followed due to concern they would get lost again.  They took a route through surface streets and construction, and again got lost, and we had to force them to pull over to get them to the final location.  At this point, we suspected they got lost and took scenic routes intentionally to drive up the price.- Had pizza and water waiting for movers at final location.  Food (pizza) and water (tap) were refused and movers opted to drive off in truck with all our stuff and gave no detail as to where they'd be going or when they'd be back.  We even offered to drive them somewhere so they wouldn't be taking the truck and all of our possessions.  Please understand we had very little trust and great concern at this point.- An hour and half later, and after several calls with no answer, and several calls to Archie at their store, movers returned - Lunch time was deducted from the moving total time- Movers completed the unload- Movers tallied bill and didn't mark down the full discount of the Groupon stating the price was for 2 movers and not 3 movers- Informed movers we didn't order 3 movers and assumed the 3rd mover was assigned to apologize for being over 2hrs late- Movers were insistent about being paid for the 3rd mover the argument was heated and I instructed my girlfriend to lock the door and be prepared to call the police in the event of an assault- I asked the movers to call Archie for resolution in the matter- After several tries Archie was reached and agreed to charge only the price for 2 movers and not 3- I still tipped 20% off the amount paid despite the negative experience- Movers stated several times that I was screwing them and that one of them worked for free to move us- Hours after the Movers had left I begin to get a stream of texts from the movers' google phone # stating that I screwed them. The texts were quite alarming and aggressive.  The texts continued into the next day.I moved over 2 1/2 years ago and said nothing because these men knew where we lived, what we own, and what we drive.  We have since moved from that location, now my wife/then girlfriend and I feel safe enough to share this awful story. Please, don't use these movers.  We will be reporting them to BBB, but as we have found, so many of these businesses shut down and re-open under a new name as a result of these type of issues, and that makes them difficult to fight.  Our situation could have been much worse, and were grateful nothing crazy happened, but these are shady, scary people.  Our advice stay away and go with a reputable company.

AVOID at all costs - Worst moving experience ever - this company singlehandedly ruined the entire move for me and my wife.  They never showed up and I was having to move boxes until after midnight.  DO NOT trust or use these people and if you work with Archie - just cancel and find anyone else!

We received excellent customer service from Archie who even allowed us to pickup some boxes in advance so we could pack before the movers arrived. The movers arrived on time, led by Jovani. He was extremely professional and creative in how he handled challenges (e.g. putting blankets over a glass door to prevent scratches and moving couches in difficult spots to get them in our new place). He worked tirelessly without breaks to get our move completed in the least amount of time possible.

I've had some bad experiences with movers in the past, but these guys got it right. They were efficient and had good attitudes. Moving is a major drag, but these guys made it a little less horrible.
