I was surprised to see at how well the move was made. They kept everything clean and professional.These guys were punctual and didn't waste any time getting the job done.They wrapped my items nicely and were very careful during the move.Excellent customer service and good attitude.I can count on them for my future moving needs... thumbs up

The best moving company in LA! I called last minute and they where able to help me out. I called a few places around town and im very happy I decided to go with AA. They also gave me a great deal and made my moving process so much easier.

He got to my place on time but his crew did not get to my place for another 15minutes, yet he started the time when HE got there.He said he's bringing extra person to carry the safe and it will cost few hundred because of that. but he didn't bring extra person,Yet he charged the same amount he told me. They also cracked one of my shelves.

WORST experience I've ever had. Not sure how anyone can give them a  5 star rating. I highly advise people to look somewhere else for movers. Here's what happened to me when I used them:Every time I called it went to voicemail so I always had to wait until someone called me back to get an answer. I called on 4/18 to schedule movers two weeks prior on Saturday, May 3rd at 9:30am and was told I'd get a confirmation call two days before the moving date. I never heard from them so I called them twice and left a voicemail to confirm Saturday's time and I didn't get a call back until Friday evening that the movers can't come until 2 or 3pm, so I said ok. I waited at my apt. until 2pm and gave them a call at 2pm to confirm when they would arrive and they said 4pm instead cause the truck was coming from Nevada for some reason. I waited until 4:10pm and called them for an ETA. 4:30pm came around so I called again for an ETA. Got a call back saying they are in traffic and would here at 5:30pm. I waited until 5:40 to call them for another ETA and then they said it would another hour before they would actually get here. At this point, I told them to just reschedule for Sunday since I didn't want to me moving while it was dark out so they said they would be here at 1pm Sunday and would try to get me a discount. I called at 12:20pm Sunday to confirm 1pm. I got a called back shortly after that they won't be here until 1:30pm now because for whatever reason the truck wasn't at the office even though they scheduled me for 1pm. They then said they would discount the $25 they would charge for carrying anything up a flight of stairs. I called at 1:05pm and asked if they left already to get here by 1:30pm and they said yes we'll be there 1:30/1:40pm. Called them at 1:40pm and the said ten more minutes so I called at 1:50pm to leave a message to see where they are at now. 2pm arrival and they were taking forever so I had my friend help with moving the couches to help speed things up. When I got to my new place, they had everything done around 5:30pm. I was thinking I was only going to be charged for an extra hour but when I went to talk to the supervisor, he said that time was from 2:05-5:30pm which means I had to pay an extra $167. He said the deal was only for 2:05-4:05pm and they count the traveling time into it. This was not what he said on the phone when I originally inquired when I booked cause he said that the traveling time wouldn't count and it was only the moving time. This time he's saying that he meant the traveling time from the office to my place. Why would any company charge for that anyways? If I knew this ahead of time, I wouldn't have been ok with them constantly changing the time on me when there would be more traffic out and would've have demanded that we moved at 9:30am as I originally booked.I called the managed and left a message but couldn't get a hold of her. I'm calling the manager again to complain and get a credit as I literally waited for over a day for them to show up and they were incredibly unorganized. Not even sure how they are still in business.

These guys were excellent! They came the very next day even though I was outside of the coverage area...They were the most affordable I found and trust me I called around everywhere! They helped me pack my things in a safe way and they wrapped all my furniture to ensure it wouldn't get damaged...they were fast and no hidden fees..very honest and great customer service...they are my movers, wouldn't go with anyone else
