Air 1 moving is a complete scam. Never use them. Professional upfront, no. Professional movers no. Upton deliver of 25 % of my items they hired two random people off craigslist. Did care about my items. They still havent proven they have or given any information about the rest of my items and it's been over 6 weeks. Dont try to get ahold of them because no one will answer. I'd they do it's an anwering service. Receptionist is useless and the prented managers are never to be found. They expect cash only upon delivery, thousands. To a company they out sorce from in Tijuana! Never ever use them. Zero stars

Air 1 is the best moving company due to they're reliability, integrity and customer service.  They were referred to us by a family friend, our friends explained that they have been using them for the past 10 years and are always super satisfied with the service.  They also mentioned a friend recommend them as well.  We decided to give them a shot and it was great ! We're tremendously impressed with they're detailed work, very organized and careful with everything from sofas to dinning room tables and Cali King beds.  Thank you staff at Air 1, you guys have truly made our move from Manhattan Beach to Calabasas a cake walk with your longevity and experience in this industry.  We will definitely be recommending you to all of our friends and family as well.

The best experience we had!  I have been using this company for 15 years! So far 4 moves, it always easy to book, movers show up on time schedule, we live 50 miles away from them and they even did all the packing for us bc it's just overwhelming to move for me. My brother also moved with Air 1 and was very pleased!Bottom line is professionals, attentive and reliable!Nacho and Adulfo were our movers and we were very happy.

I must say that I couldn't expect any better service.I finally found the house to fit my family in Agoura hills.  I moved there from Woodland hills for the the school system.  This guy's where fast and efficient. I didn't had time to pack my kitchen.  They did it for me.They are the best movers i have ever delt with.Highly recommended.

Everything started out fine, until delivery. I had a Very New, Very expensive Moving Dolly of my own that was 10 times better than the ones Air 1 used for my move. I made a point at pick up to tell them "Don't get my Dolly mixed up with yours" But it did not arrive with delivery. I was told they had left it at the warehouse, & someone would deliver it. After a week, I was told it was misplaced or lost, but they would get back to me, the next week the driver was on vacation, the next week it was located on a truck going to NEW YORK!! & the next week, the driver said he was redirected & was now in LAS VEGAS. I should have never paid the balance in full. Yes its been a month & I am still waiting! Don't let Isaac sweet talk you & tell you "oh sure, sure we will take care of everything! NOT
