Mario/Owner is the worst person I’ve ever tried shipping with. STAY AWAY. Not worth the headache. Needed shipping and his professionalism just lacked in all directions. Examples below. We were very patient.

1. Communication was terrible from the beginning.
2. Delayed shipping 3 times/days. Wednesday-blamed gas, Thursday-blamed traffic, friday-I’m backed up, Saturday- can’t contact receiver to schedule time.
3. Yelled at sender when sender called asking time window which was 4-6pm. (Sender didn’t want to call again due to bad experience)
4. 7pm no show and no calls. Called Mario/owner and he was yelling at me blaming gas and LA traffic again. But still hasn’t called sender (if your late, a professional should call not blame the receiver for not correlating a time Mario gave) and says it’s not his fault.
4. Yells at clients
5. Unprofessional
6. Due to his lack of communication (which we told him to let us know on arrival time so we can be sure someone is there when he arrives) he was 3 hours late and shipper had to leave. He said he was $50 into it and decided he no longer wanted to continue because we had to delay it until the next day.
7. Due to his lack of professionalism he didn’t want to continue. I was actually amazing by this. He was late, no communication, didn’t try to properly schedule time pick up and when we did everything he asked, it was still not enough.
8. Does not take responsibility for his lack of professionalism

I'm so glad I found Mario to help us with a last minute move! His rates are MORE than reasonable, he arrived on time, he was able to efficiently pack the truck so it fit WAY more than I thought it would and he worked very hard. Even took on extra projects like debris removal and helped organize/clean my garage. Really nice guy, will definitely use Mario again for future projects.

I am sorry for my first positive review and do not want to mislead anyone. I had used Mario for a quick job and it had gone well and so quickly, I wanted to give him a good review.However, when I had him back it did not go well.He said he'd come around 9:00. At 9:50 he still wasn't here so I called and he said he'd come around one. But HE should have called to tell me because I wasted a morning waiting.When he came he was in a bad mood. I asked why and he said because he was in a rush. He also had said he'd bring a second guy to help but did not.He was negative and in a bad mood throughout the whole job which made it very stressful to deal with. I kept trying to be nice to him so he'd lighten up- but it did no good. He said it was because he didn't realize it would take so long. But that's why I thought he was going to bring a second person to help.This is not an excuse in my book. Part of being professional is to be friendly and kind. He was not nice to me all day and often argued with me. He also swore quite a bit which I also found to be unpleasant and unprofessional.He really doesn't seem to enjoy doing this kind of work.I'm giving him a second star because his price was reasonable.
