Recently had to move from downtown LA to the OC so we hired 3 movers and 1 truck for our 1,500 sq. ft. loft.  Farouk and his crew arrived early and they were very polite, friendly and professional throughout the entire day. All the furniture was wrapped securely and everything was handled with care. One of the smoothest moves I've experienced! The move took longer than expected (around 8 hours), but not due the workers fault - they worked as quickly and as safely as they could and only took a 30min. lunch break the entire day. Our loft was on the third floor with only 1 elevator so it took a while to get everything down to the truck. Hauling heavy furniture, mattresses and tons of boxes non-stop is seriously backbreaking labor.  I admire and applaud the crew for their hard work and would highly recommend A2B to anyone looking for a stress free move!

This was the WORST move of my life!! The last company ( California Movers) who I completely regret not waiting for, because they were booked, moved my 2 bedroom apartment into a storage unit in less than 2 1/2 hours! With2 guys mind you!So why did 3 guys  from A2B take over 10 hours!!!!!!!!It was crazy!!! I kept calling the company to see where the movers were? And they said they will call me back! Then the office and owner just stoped answering the phone!!10 hours later the 3  guys pull up!! Demanding I pay first, before they unload!My daughter wouldn't let me argue, she said to just pay them because they were screaming at me, in Russian!We were alone, at night, so I had no choice but to pay, or they wouldn't give me my stuff! Almost $1100 for a one bedroom apartment! Everything they took was already packed! I don't know where they were for 10 hours, but the company tried to get away with it!Finally got ahold of the owner, after calling from another number, and he said he will take care of it, never heard back from him. I am already disputing with credit card company for a full refundBut the owner could have negotiated with meTERRIBLE customer Service Completely dishonest!!!Do research before allowing strange people in your home!!!Defiantly stay away from this company!

This should have been a five-star review. Unfortunately, because of some unnecessary drama and disappointment it's not.I hired A2B Movers to move my mom's stuff out of a very large storage unit and into a new one. Everything was just about perfect until I discovered, near the end of unpacking at the new place, that instead of putting ALL of the furniture in the front of the new unit, as I'd specifically requested, they'd inexplicably put one piece of furniture, the best piece of the bunch, all the way at the back of a 10' x 20' space. At this point the facility was near its closing time, and the unit was 3/4 full, leaving no time to retrieve the sofa. So, I paid the guys on the truck, even tipped them for their hard work in spite of the problem, and called A2B's office the next day to try to resolve the problem. I was expecting to pay for a couple of more hours since we weren't able to continue and get the sofa out from the back of the unit the day before.Understandably, I was worried because I'd planned to use the sofa in my own place.  Also, though I'd seen the it go onto the truck, I didn't see it come off. Was it still there in excellent condition? Everything else about the move was fine, but this was a nagging question. With my bad back there's no way I could have looked for it myself.When I called the next day to try to resolve the problem I was told the owner was on vacation for the next two weeks, and he would call me once he returned. No call came. When I finally was able to get in touch after three weeks, the owner, calling on what sounded like a mobile phone, told me the move wasn't finished until I was satisfied. Then he offered to retrieve the sofa at no charge to me. Great!  I would have paid for a couple of additional hours, but free is better and it was their mistake. What fantastic customer service, or so I thought...We set up an appointment to fix the issue, and I drove down to meet them. Because of horrible traffic it took two hours to get there. Then I sat and waited...and waited. No one showed up. I called again, and was told the owner would call me back. A few minutes later, on what sounded like a mobile phone, he apologized profusely and said the crew had a mechanical problem with the truck. He promised to send another crew in a few days with three guys instead of two to do the job and sounded determined to fix the problem and honestly dedicated to customer satisfaction. He said it wouldn't take them very long at all to get the sofa out, probably just one hour. We set up another appointment for a few days later. But you can probably guess what happened next. On the morning of the job I got a text from A2B Movers saying they weren't coming. I called the office to ask what happened this time? The owner called me back on the mobile to arrange to do it another day. I expressed my concerns about the sofa and my frustration at having this job canceled twice. Then I agreed to a third attempt. He said he'd call me back to set it up...and that's the last I've EVER heard from A2B Movers! I tried six or seven times to contact them after that conversation. No one ever picked up the phone, probably because of caller ID. I could NOT get in touch with them and they NEVER called me back.As a last resort, I contacted the credit card company, explained the problem of not being able to communicate with A2B, and asked them to hold payment for a few days until A2B contacted me to fix the issue and complete the move. Remember, they'd admitted their mistake with the sofa and offered to make it right. But A2B Movers still didn't call me to arrange to fix this. Instead they sent the credit card company a copy of the moving day documents with my signature. Nice. What's most disappointing about all this is that although my experience with A2B Movers started out really great and stress free, in the end it was full of stress and disappointment. They just took the money. I was even willing to pay for a couple of more hours of their time for them to continue with the move and fix this thing. But they're not taking my calls, so I can't even do that. Because of all the great reviews on Yelp which led me to choose them in the first place, I would never have expected this to happen. I'm not a "difficult" person. So, it's always a let down when other people/businesses create unnecessary drama. Unfortunately, this has turned out to be one of those times.

Moving is always so stressful. But Almaz and friend are professional. They are very polite and smile all the time. Super nice, careful, fast and smart. Thank you so much A2B Movers. I would love to recommend this company to my friends.

This move was so stress free! I was really scared about handling this move myself since my roommate had to work, but A2B movers made it okay! Muhammad and his crew were in time and very efficient! The appointment process was quick and easy and they are very reasonably priced! No hidden fees!!! They took care of my furniture and made this move go smoothly! I highly recommend them!
