We had a complicated and somewhat dramatic situation that we were moving out of, and Underdog Moving went above and beyond. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. We threw a lot of curveballs at them leading up to, and on the day of the move; it was less than ideal, but they managed to navigate it flawlessly.Not only were they the only movers who would agree to move us from Phoenix metro to rural CO, but they were so willing to do whatever it took to get the job done.We can't say enough good things about Kyle and his crew. Thank you for everything you did to make this difficult transition seem so easy.Thank you!

Kyle and his Gm mookie were fantastic . I've moved quite a few times in my life and this was the best move ever. I also have an antique pool table the moved which is ver heavy. They never complained and did above the 5 star review. I will recommend to everyone I know.   Simply the best movers around !

This moving company was a complete and utter blessing. I had to complete an unexpected move that not only had to be handled at a moment's notice, it was also difficult to schedule (on my end) because I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and my husband was out of town. The movers went above and beyond to help us out. I contacted them because of their "Kare Package" offering because my husband and I were both unemployed at the times needed to move. On top of doing the move for no profit, Underdog helped pack and dispose of some of the things we had to get rid of. Most companies charge extra for these services, but Underdog did not. They truly went so far above and beyond for us. They treated us like family. Even after the move, they checked up on us to see how we were settling in. This is a top notch company that I would recommend to anyone, especially if you're experiencing unconventional moving conditions or you're in a time crunch. We will definitely use this service again.

After several phone calls to track this mover down, including calls on the morning of our scheduled move (which they were several hours late to), the move finally did happen.  Ultimately, I would not use this mover again.  The main business owner here does not communicate in a wholly professional manner; instead offers excuse after excuse.  I just kept having to track him down, and then heard inappropriate, unprofessional excuses.  He even told me he was having some issues with Yelp, and not to buy his $50 for $100 deal.  I did not need to know the inside scoop on how one of his employees essentially stole the moving truck for several hours; I did need some clear notice that he was going to be very late.  Like I said, the move got done, but it was a hassle in terms of peace of mind and communication.  The owner is a father, so I wish him the best for sustaining his family; but I can't help remember how he said his employee turnover was thru the roof.  I wonder why.

The moved me from one apt to the next today. Great communication and very helpful! They did everything in 2 hours. A few hiccups did not stop them ! Amazing work Kyle, keep it up! Nothing was too heavy for Kyle to move. He did it all with a smile on his face. Definitely recommend. Next time I'm moving I will definitely be using him again.
