If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. I hired Tuxedo Movers to load a POD for me. They arrived early, so I wasn't done packing, and therefore was unable to supervise them as I have past movers I've hired. They were done in less than an hour, and then presented me with forms to sign, which included a waiver that I glanced over.
However, when my POD was unloaded, I found that two of my dining room chairs were damaged (one's leg was completely broken off), my leaded glass coffee table (which had not been wrapped AT ALL) was completely shattered, and much of my china had been broken. When I demanded recompense, I was given a copy of the waiver which neatly claims that since I boxed my china, it's not their problem, and since my POD wasn't unloaded for over a week, they're off the hook for the rest. At most they'll only pay 60 cents/pound of damage - my coffee table repair estimates are over $1,000! Yes, I had the option to purchase additional insurance, but, since I thought I was dealing with a "professional" moving service, I didn't bother.
Basically, if you want to use this company, make sure you buy extra insurance, your move is less than 1 week, and you watch them like a hawk or half your stuff will be destroyed.

The men that unloaded my pod were wonderful. They were patient as I tried to direct them in moving my furniture in. They were on time and worked fast. The price was fair and I couldn’t have been happier with their service.

We move quite often and go through packers and movers several times a year, for ourselves and our tenants. Tuxedo movers are by far the best company that we have ever dealt with.Until we dealt with this company we thought that every company has the right to Huff and Puff and complain. Most count the threshold as a step,I once had a mover pick up a lampshade and complain about the weight! This company carried heavy stuff to the second floor and explained how it would cost only an extra $10.00, wow! And came down laughing after removing and replacing my door and placing a mat under my treadmill so that I won't damage my wood floors upon one day using my treadmill.Every time they address me or ask me something, they always start with sir and end with Thank you.

Alex and Corey showed up on time and ready to unload our 16 foot POD....in an hour!! These guys were amazing! They were very professional, courteous and had excellent personalities! From the first phone call we made to hire movers to the unloaded POD, we could not have asked for better service. We will hire again, only this time we'll hire them to load our POD and not just unload!! Thank you Tuxedo Moving!!

This company is awesome. They provided a quote, and stuck to the quote! Charlene, knows her business, set proper expectations, and followed through. The crew of movers were; PROFESSIONAL, careful, considerate, and fast. My community has a few HOA obstacles, and the team had no issues with these obstacles at all.Great Job!!!!!
