I have always been the one to help friends move, I have even done my own moves by myself! I will never have to move again by myself Alex and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. They not only used blankets, taped around all the furniture no matter what the condition and handle all of my family's belongings with care. The 26' truck was new clean organized  ready for the move! The staff was professional, early and moved with an urgency! Not to mention they continuously kept moving! I'll be sure to pass them on to everyone I know!  You literately can't go wrong with smooth transition movers!

This review is looooooooooong overdue!!!! While price shopping, we found that Alex's was reasonable and booked him at that time. $75 for 3 movers and truck with a $40 gas fee. We have had movers before and they did their best to stand around and run the clock but not these guys. We have used Alex and his team multiple times now and each time they have been professional, thorough, and fast.No questions asked, we would definitely hire them back in a New York minute, thank you again for all the help Alex!

Smooth Transition Movers is the real deal. I'm always skeptical when I read 5-star reviews but I'm about to write one to add to their perfect status. Alex  (owner) Kevin and Donny provided such an incredible service that I couldn't wait to add my glowing review and recommendation for them. I told my wife that "it was the best money I ever spent today."In support of these comments let me explain. I called them based on Yelp reviews (like mine) and asked for a 'next day' crew to help load a 26' rental truck. Alex (the owner) answered and said he could help. I was skeptical but he called back minutes later saying that he could be there with a 3-person crew. As promised, he called me to let me know that they were en route. Showed up and introduced themselves. Surveyed the situation and began loading the truck. Less than two hours later they were done. So impressive!I was betting against everything fitting but the team did such a professional job that I had room to spare. I couldn't be more pleased. Truly if I could tell my friends about these guys I would. Next best is to tell this story on Yelp and hope that you find my review. These guys rock! You will not be disappointed. What more could I say? Please do yourself a favor and use Alex and his team for your moving needs.

I wish I give these guys more stars but I think you get the idea. If you're looking for professional, courteous and understanding movers to work with I wouldn't recommend anyone but these guys.This is why I think so highly of them. I bought a bedroom set from someone and we had a misunderstanding of the transfer of funds. The pick up was for a Saturday morning. I had only given Alex and his crew a few days notice to move the bedroom set. He accommodated us on very short notice. Well an issue arises Friday evening and I had to make a dreaded call to Alex to cancel the move.I knew he had already the job coordinated and I'm sure he had to rearrange his schedule a little to help us. When I gave him the bad news he was more than understanding and remained professional the whole time. I personally would've been pissed but he said it was Ok. I felt really bad. A few days later I text from the person who I bought the bedroom set from and said the funds went through. I now needed to find a mover to move the stuff from Mesa to Surprise. On top of that we wanted to have the furniture delivered in a few days. I had the audacity to call Alex back and he said he couldn't do a the weekend because they were booked but he could move it on Friday night...at 7 PM! That was crazy because I don't know of any moving company who would pick up and deliver that late. Fortunately for us it worked out great for everyone because of our work schedule. They picked up the bedroom set at 7 PM in Mesa and had it delivered by 8:30 in Surprise.They did a great job. I wasn't there but my wife said they were fast and efficient. To be even more annoying I asked for a bedroom set from downstairs moved to upstairs before the other bedroom set was brought in. They were so accommodating. My wife was so impressed she gave a very generous tip considering it was late Friday night. The main reason I went with Smooth Transition Movers is they are a veteran own company and we are a military family. I like to support small businesses and veterans. They gave a nice discount for military members but were very reasonably priced without it. I can't thank Alex and his crew enough. If you need patient, courteous and honest movers, these are your guys.
