Shirtless Movers

I called this company at 9 AM and they had me moved in to my second story apartment the same day. They carried our large sectional up our very narrow concrete stairs and helped us assemble it. We had two men, one truck and tons of help. Not only were they the only company who said they could be there within one hour of my phone call but they quoted us at 170 dollars cheaper than the other five companies I had called. I they also had NO hidden charges! The price they quoted me was the EXACT price I was charged. I must admit that the men sounded a tad disappointed when we had said they could keep their shirts on, so I asked them to show me their muscles and I snapped a few photos. I will be moving again in the summer and I will be calling these gentlemen again. Great service, unbeatable prices, amazing customer service.

The main reason for the lowness of the rating is that they did not show up when scheduled.The company's headquarters are in MN.  I don't know if any of the people in AZ are employees or if they are all subcontractors.  But after calling the Arizona number on two different days and getting a "not in service" message (admittedly I could have misdialed), sending a message through their website that has never been returned, and finally sending them a message on Facebook which was finally responded to after about a week (talk about a run of bad luck for me!), I contacted the number for Minnesota and spoke to someone immediately.  He was very nice and professional and we set it up for me to move on a Thursday and they would arrive between 8 and 10 AM.  I was given contact information for a local person and we exchanged text messages and everything was set.Shortly before 8:00 AM on moving day, I got a text message from the local contact that said "please confirm your move with shirtless movers."  I responded to that message saying that yes, we were expecting them between 8 and 10 AM.  When I didn't hear anything, I thought perhaps they meant that I was to confirm it with the folks in MN so I sent the text to them as well.At about 9:20 M, I get a call from Minnesota asking if I've heard from the movers and I tell them I have not.  They said they had been trying repeatedly to reach them without success.  I pointed out that we were still in our 8-10 window and maybe they had a flat tire or something and that I wasn't going to get too excited unless we got to about 1030 and they had not shown up.  10:00 came and went and then we were at 10:30 and still no movers.  I called him back in MN and he indicated that his main man in AZ was on a long distance moving job and wouldn't be back in town until tomorrow so he was working on getting us another crew.  He told me he would give me an update by noon.In this interim, I was starting to accept the fact that I would not indeed be moving on Thursday and would hopefully be moving on Friday.  By the time I heard back from him, he indicated that it would indeed be Friday, again between 8 and 10 AM.  I then got a call from the main local guy who was on the long distance move, who said it would be 8, not in some 2 hour window.So, I didn't move on Thursday as scheduled.  I did move on Friday and they were on time, professional, careful, and courteous.  Oh, and they were NOT shirtless.

Polite, flexible, careful ! What more could I ask for! Thanks guys! The one piece you moved was awkward and heavy,but you did a great job wrapping the piece and taking your time.

I called to get a quote for moving and left a message. No one ever called me back. Guess my business isnt important. I ended up hiring  Poindexter Moving and couldnt have been more pleased.

Great experience and value, I recommend this company to family and friends...exceeded all expectations of what a moving company is. Past experience with other companies have been subpar. These guys made the move smooth and painless
