History

Established in 2010. Move-U Packing & Moving was built on a foundation of Service in 2010. We initially started as a moving helper service, assisting customers load/unload their trucks, and gradually grew into the full service Moving, Packing & Storage company that we are now. We moved into our new Tempe, AZ based warehouse in 2014. We now service residential & commercial customers, and work closely with top interior design firms on logistics / warehousing / and install. Used Yelp to find this mover and was not disappointed. Every step of the process was very professional from the beginning with Levi on the phone to the two great guys that worked with us all day. Shout out to Leo and Manny who put in 12 hours of heavy lifting with a smile. Excellent - I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

This company helped move us and while moving us took pictures of our home and content. They told us that they are taking the pictures to document scratches and/or damage. We later found our homes contents and a description of our home on the owners FaceBook page. When we asked them to take it down they only took down a few and tried to validated what they had done. They are irresponsible with your privacy and can expose you to burglars.Update, they finally took down all the pictures. However just by him attacking my review and calling it fake should be enough to inform the consumer. BTW, I live both in LA and AZ.

Levi,My wife and I agree. Being a sales rep for the company that she bought a diffuser from is in no way, shape or form reason to request a replacement. She is not now nor has she EVER sold these products. Principle alone is the sole reason of extending my energy towards writing a review....and yes, nearly 2 months later. That's what happens when you have a bad experience with a move. Your company broke something and we asked you to fix it. Your response to my review illustrates your view on customer services. You first apologize, then refute it with what I can only describe as excuses that point fingers elsewhere. Our boxes, all 43 of them, were fine. In fact they were nearly brand new. I find it hard to believe something was said to my wife during a time in which she wasn't present. Being this is the first time hearing of your offer to replace the diffuser with an alternative brand, I will leave that decision in the customer service hands that moved us. We gave up on the "man with great character" as you quoted us, a long time ago.

Thanks to Move-U for helping us with her recent move! They did a really good job. The price was most reasonable and I was able to find what is most important, there are no hidden fees and other surprise charges. Levi helped me with the scheduling and was very professional. Also he called a few days before the move to confirm. Richard and Modesto our movers, were super nice and friendly all the time and they were moving. They were on time, and didn't damage a single thing.This was the best moving experience I have ever had!.
