Happy with my move from AZ to OR with Lifetime! They said it would take 7-21 days and it took about 3 weeks so accurate. Movers were super nice and honest about the process taking long because they wait for a truck to be full when it heads to the destination. *Note to customer* I put my first available delivery date as the day after they picked up my stuff (even though I wasn't even in OR then), and that saved me a lot of time because there is no way it would take less that 7 days after pickup.I recommend pre wrapping your furniture also for extra coverage.

The movers and drivers were awesome - they were professional, personable, and did a great job ( especially with my piano). While there were a few "hiccups" with the office, they always got back to me quickly and ironed out any problems. We moved from Arizona to Northern California, and the entire process took about a week. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

Disgusting company. While the movers were in my apartment my moms cell phone went missing within 15 minutes. We looked everywhere and even unpacked all the bags looking for the phone, dug through trash and had maintenance Sig through the dumpster. Eventually called T-mobile and they told us the phone was off. Since the phone went missing we decided to cancel the move. After we had our stuff back in the apartment we started looking through the drawers. We then found my wireless headphones (which I had left in the bathroom and were not supposed to go with the  movers) in nightstand  drawer and broken. So on top of any chargers the moving company decides to charge we had about $900 dollar loss and damage of our property when the furniture did not even leave the the apartment complex.Update: First of all no Carol we did not cancel the move right as your movers arrived we cancelled it after about an hour when we realized the phone was stole. And we did file a police report while your crew was still in the apartment actually.

Ran over cactus in AZ, delivery to NC took 32 days. 75% of our furniture was damaged, 1 table destroyed. A pickup truck of trash was left. This company uses 3rd party contractors that don't care about you or your property. Pay a little more and hire a professional moving company.

Poor customer service and damaged our goods. I will admit both experiences with the actual movers and drivers were great - hard working guys, nice, professional and thorough. But you call the office and it's a different story. Ops can't connect you with the office (after I got a call and voicemail from the office saying they need to speak with me immediately). Our order was split into two shipments because apparently they can't estimate weight and size of all of our stuff. Then we get the first half and our mattress has water damage, our washer is dented all over, plates were shattered, my bike tire is bent and now I'm terrified to open the rest of the boxes. This is after we were charged for packing and boxing various items, including the mattress. And read the insurance policy closely. Their standard is limited value meaning $0.60 per pound. Even their example is "A $1,000 piece of audio equipment weighing 10 pounds will be $6.00 in settlement." We chose them because they were very cheap in the quote but now we're paying for it. Also, advice for the company. Send your inventory list to each customer so they can go through and check off every item. We were asked "you have a garage?" And we responded yes. And when the movers got there for pick up, their faces were in shock that nothing was included on their inventory, i.e. They need to know item by item. 4 Rubbermaid containers, 1 rack, 1 trash can, etc.
