These workers were nothing short of amazing! They worked really hard to cater to every single one of our needs and made sure we weren't disappointed. Our  initial concern was not damaging any of our personal belongings because we don't have many expensive items but damaging walls during the process of moving everything. We had put in a lot of work to leave the home in a great state so we could receive our full deposit back and did not want to miss out on any more money. The workers were careful when moving our items to ensure neither our items nor the house was damaged. Glad we went with this moving company over any other moving company because they worked with care and offer really reasonable prices.

Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT CONTACT Fast Movers (US Moving LLC). Fast Movers recently changed its name to US Moving LLC. The two people I know that are in charge are Alex and David. This is by far the absolute worst experience my family had to go through. My grandparents were looking for a quick move from their Peoria to Phoenix location. They have already finished moving a big bulk of their stuff to the new house on their own, they wouldn't need much help besides the heavy furniture that they can't lift. This company said they will only take payment when they finish their job so I thought I could trust them to do a careful pickup and delivery and be a decent human being. However, they were the most disrespectful, unprofessional, incompetent, and laziest individuals I've ever encountered. Trying to get in touch with them was difficult. They did not pick up their phones or answer their text messages. When they finally picked up, they said they were willing to do business with us in the afternoon at 3. When 3 came, they said they were running 45 mins late. We said it was okay and we were willing to wait. When 4 o'clock came, they called and said they can't find the house. I reviewed my address with them and even had my grandpa wait outside to greet them but they probably got lost because we still couldn't find them even the address was correct. They finally found us and started their job at 4:30 and supposedly finish loading thr stuff onto the truck at around 8. But throughout the whole time, the 2 movers (Blake J. & Michael R.) spend their sweet ass time playing around with my grandparent's furniture. They sat on the massage chairs that my grandma owns and "relaxed" on it. They purposely wasted time so that they could charge us more. My grandparents even tipped them at the beginning of their work but how they treated us was indecent. They BROKE my grandparent's $550 marble table in half claiming it was "too heavy" for two movers (even though I called them before they came about the furnitures and they said it was doable). After breaking it, they tried to hide the evidence by throwing it in the dumpster. What kind of a company comes so unprepared to lift heavy things and would hire people that can't do the job professionally? When they finished loading the furniture onto the truck, they gave us the price of approx $800 which we believed was ridiculous considering all the time they wasted in between their work and for the damage they have done. In addition, I had asked them before about an estimate, and they told me that it was going to be $170 for two movers for two hours with fuel included and any additional hour was going to be $49. They supposedly started at 4:30 but charged us for 4. They finished loading at 8ish and it would be double for the unloading time. So doing all the math, it would've cost us $540 for 8 hours total AT MAX (not considering everything they have done unprofessionally) NOT $800. They THREATENED my grandparents that if they do not pay the money IN CASH, they will drive off with their belongings. They showed on their advertisement that they take many forms of card payment but instead, they demanded cash.I had to call and speak to the boss about all the complaints I had against their company on the behalf of my grandparents since they couldn't speak english and were being bullied. After fighting with them, they lowered the price to $450 but still did not compensate us for anything that has happened. Finally, they unloaded the things by throwing my grandparent's belongings in the house as if it was trash. They damaged a few more things and had the worst attitude throughout the process. When they finished their job, they followed my grandpa saying they only make $40/day and needed "tip." Keep in mind, my grandparents had already tipped them at the beginning. But they had to tip them another $100 or else they wouldn't leave them alone.THIS COMPANY TARGETS CUSTOMERS THAT ARE VULNERABLE like my grandparents. My grandparents even said they would call the police many times throughout the day, but the movers threatened them that they had already signed a "document" prior to the process so they can't do anything about it. My grandparents don't know English or are aware of their rights and that's why the company targeted them so easily. My grandma literally had a mini heart attack in the process of them threatening and yelling at my grandparents and forcing my grandpa to give them cash but they did not care about anything besides getting their money. Long story short, I found out later that the document was a complete BS and that they also "stole" some of our stuff. I had to call them through different phone numbers in order to get our stuff back. It was a long and lengthy process. They still won't reimburse us for anything and the movers never apologized for the distress they have caused my family.

I see others have had experiences with this company that were not the greatest and I would add my name to that list.  I found them on Craigslist so my expectations were not high; but what I needed was a quick and dirty transfer of some times from one place to another and I figured any idiot could do it.  The items requiring moving were a bureau, an armchair, a couple of other pieces of furniture, and several boxes.  I requested a truck and two movers and they gave me a price with a 2-hour minimum.  If figured 2 hours would be more than sufficient to move the items from approximately 39th Ave and Northern to 7th Street and Thomas.  They also said there would be a trip charge equal to 1 hour of their per-hour fee, and a gas charge.  They asked me to send the information via text message and I did so, also indicating that we would be paying cash.  While on the phone, the man I was speaking to said on two separate occasions, "everything is based on time" which actually sort of caught my radar and I was concerned that they would do whatever they could to make the time pass faster than the work was getting done.  Since a friend was going to be at the pick-up point, I asked him to write down the time that they arrived. At some point after they arrived, I got a call from my friend informing me that there would be an additional fee (again equivalent the 1 times the hourly charge) because the items needed to be moved up a flight of stairs at delivery.  At this, I started becoming concerned that I was being nickle-and-dimed to death and that they were initiating this conversation to elongate the duration of their services, thus resulting in increased charges.  I told them to quit horsing around and get the stuff moved. My friend escorted them in his personal vehicle during their drive here.  According to him, they drove extremely slowly.  I suggested that maybe they were trying to prevent things from getting broken, seeing as how other reviews suggested how poorly they pack a truck, or, again, maybe they were trying to drag out the time it took so as to increase the fees. When they arrived, I was informed (as other reviews have stated) that they would not unload the truck until they had been paid, and actually I think this makes a great deal of sense.  One of the movers started reviewing the charges with me and kept talking about the time charges and then talking about the additional charges and then switching back to the time charges, back and forth, back and forth, that another person might become confused or give up and just pay them what they asked.  I'm not that person.  So I sat back and said, okay, let's make sure we agree on the time charges.  2 hours at your hourly rate equals the total, is that correct?  yes.  Okay, good, so then the other charges are for the trip and the fuel charge and the going upstairs charge, correct?  Yes.  Okay, what is the fuel charge?  30%.  30% of what?  All the other combined charges.  (In my opinion, this is a great way for them to line their pockets but is in no way fair or representative of the actual charge for fuel since they weren't using any when they walked up the stairs and is somewhat redundant with a trip fee.)So the first guy got frustrated by my trying to make sense of the charges and so the other guy stepped in and said he was the supervisor and what seemed to be the problem, so I reviewed all the charges with him and he agreed on the total I came up with which was about 20% lower than what they claimed the charges were supposed to be.  So I paid them and they brought everything upstairs. So, I rated them more than a 1 because they arrived on time (a few minutes early, actually), completed the work within the 2 hours I had figured it would take, and nothing was damaged. I rated them as low as I did because of the financial stuff....not all charges divulged when I placed my order, nickle-and-diming me with the stairs surcharge, their cockamamie way of calculating the fuel surcharge, and their inability to present a correct invoice without me doing the calculations for them.

I heard about fast movers from a friend of the owner Ali. We were given a special rate which was negotiated via text message to move our items from Gilbert to Scottsdale. The next day the two movers arrived, one of them had no experience as a mover and expressed that it was his first day. All of the items were located in the garage and about 70%of things were boxed with the rest being furniture and odd shaped items like a space heater. The 2 young guys showed up promptly and began to load the truck. When loading furniture they did not use moving blankets. When asked they said they weren't using them because of the special rate we were receiving, I called and text messaged the office and then the boys began using moving blankets. It's important to note that everything in the garage had been moved 3 days earlier in a 26 foot uhaul truck with room to spare. As the boys were about 2/3 loaded they began to leave a large void in the middle of the truck and remarked that a second trip would need to be made. I contacted he office to inform them that the truck was very poorly packed and sent pictures of the massive amount of open space and unsecured load. I was told that they boys would unpack the truck and reload it to ensure it would all fit in one run however by the time to office was able to get a hold of the boys they were already on their way with a loosely loaded truck up to our ScottsdaleHome. I met the boys at the house and they asked for a payment of $300+ prior to unloading, I called my friend who knew the owner and he came over promptly and the boys began to unload the truck, after they had freed up some space they left again with the truck partially loaded to pick up the remaining items that should have been in the truck on the first run. They returned and continued to unload the truck. As they were unloading we began taking pictures of all of the damaged items. A brief summary of the damage was as follows:Boxes smashed and contents crushed, light weight boxes were placed on the bottom and heavy boxes were placed on top of them. Boxes were ripped by the movers Dolly'sPlastic moving buns were broken and debris was hidden in a closet. 50" Tv screen was crackedThe BBQ grill wheel was cracked and the side burner was bent. Some heavy duty bins were part of the move and they have yellow lids, the yellow lids were stepped on and had shoe prints along with broken items inside from the compression. The drawer lock rail on a craftsman tool chest was bent and had to be bent back in in order to be removed from the chest, the chest also had paint worn and scratched off of the side and back, the tools and drawers were all mixed from the chest being tipped or laid on its back. My wife has one prize piece, a pottery barn white linen entertainment center, we are not wealthy and this was her baby, when the boys loaded and unloaded it they placed other items in top of it without protection and left black stains on multiple parts of the cabinet, there were also black shoe prints on it. When asked about the cabinet one of the movers said he didn't do it but the other said yes he did. They broke the door to a bedroom with a dolly and we are finding more and more broken items as we go through the aftermath from their carelessness. I offered to pay the boys in cash for their time at the rate they told me they were paid $12 & $9 per hour minus the travel time for them having to make a second trip because they didn't load correctly in the first place. I was told no, you can work it out with Omar. I reached out to one of the owners (Omar) about the damage and asked how I would be compensated for everything and was told that I declined the insurance which when offered by the boys at the time of moving would have changed the agreed upon rate of the move. The other owner Ali  then asked my wife via text message when I would be paying him since he doesn't work for free I had offered to pay the boys that day but was declined and have not received any invoice from this company. I asked about compensation for damages and was told that I would be sued. I have never had a bad experience with a moving company until I met with Fast Movers. The primary issue is that neither of the movers were actual movers and had no idea what needed to be done, I can't really blame the boys for not being trained on how to move things as that was due to negligence on the part of Ali and Omar who operate Fast Movers LLC,but many of the damages that occurred were from lack of common sense, I.e. Heavy boxes go on the bottom and light boxes go on top ( everything was staged in the garage heavy on bottom light on top). I would love to have a reasonable outcome from the thousands in damage that were caused by Fast Movers and will update this review accordingly.Update: Ali was scheduled to meet with me to review damages and come to a resolution, he would not meet unless I removed this review first, i delined and the day of the meeting he backed out.

What an awful, unprofessional company! The whole thing started poorly when I received a phone call from the guy that said he was 10 minutes away- I had a scheduled arrival time between 12-1... he called me at 12:48pm say he would be there in 10 minutes, and didn't show up until approximately 1:30...Then I see who he brings with him... he said it was his brother who was 15. I was told I had a 2 hour minimum and a trip charge, but they would waive the gas fee since it was just loading up my POD'S... the whole time the older brother was yelling at his younger brother because if he wasn't told where to go he would just sit around. Most of the time I was grabbing boxes and helping so the time could be made up.I appreciated the extensive wrapping they did and their enthusiasm, but that's about it. Then "break time" rolls around and the Guy says they're quote works in a 5 minute break which I totally understand, but when 5 minutes turns into 23 that's a problem. I mentioned something and he said it would be added to the end. I'm not really sure if it was to be honest. Here comes the best part... they were getting everything in the pod for the most part, but the couches were being dragged, and the younger guy was very inexperienced that he set a couch that has very sharp spindle legs completely roll and dent the top of my brand new washer.  The older brother yelled at the younger brother and that was the extent of it... The dryer got stepped on on the top by the older guy later on and he apologized, but that was about it. I was focused on other things I kind of shrugged it off but after my experience I had I was really upset. Finally they're done 3.5 hours later and it comes time to pay... I specifically asked the girl on the phone if they accepted a credit card  and she said yes with a 5% surcharge which I agreed to. She said she would put it on the ticket which apparently never happened.. I ask if he accepts a card and he firmly replied "no, only cash. " I was so done at this point I told him I didn't want to drive my car because it was packed and I only wanted to drive it to take it to move on the highway.  So he offered to drive me to the atm which ended up happening.During the ride he mentioned no one wants packing jobs because they don't have as much profit and mentions how some of the workers get caught stealing, etc. Also, I had a mattress and bedframe that didn't fit and I said I would pay to have them remove it. He said he would call me back to arrange it and even confirmed my phone number, but guess what no call back... they took their money and ran. Now I'm stuck leaving it which will cost me a lot from my management company because I have to move and leave town. After they left I looked at my receipt and saw there was an insurance option that I wasn't even told about, that if I was I would have taken in a heartbeat!!What an unprofessional, scam company! From my experience they employ young kids with no experience to damage your things and milk the clock... A very bad experience overall.  Do your research and stay away... there are plenty of moving companies in the valley that will be more professional and handle your things with care... there's $240 bucks down the drain...
