Worst company ever!!! I was told my stuff would be here in 14 days it took a month. Then Roxanne did not honor my $50 off coupon which they advertise on the website! Then the company FAILED to mention that the semi truck that delivers your stuff cannot get into an apartment complex. As a result of the company not informing me of this I had to pay an additional $150 for the company to move my stuff from the truck to the U haul and the U haul to my house. Then I had to pay for the u haul charges plus the $150 plus call out from work the next day! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. This gets worse. I am on my first box and I have a wine glass, coffee mug and 2 bowls broken. Roxanne is the most cold hearted unsympathetic manager ever and shouldn't be with this company.

I called them on Friday 4/25 to inquire about purchasing a Groupon special, because a co-worker recommended them. I talked to Roxanne who said they had a particular Friday available that I wanted to book. Unfortunately the Groupon special was sold out but she told me about a Living Social special, so I was very happy. I purchased the special and called Eli to book the move. I spoke to Roxanne again but this time around she informed me that they did not have my particular Friday available after all. Then she said that they could not honor the Living Social special due to it being a weekend. When did Friday become a weekend? I asked her why she neglected to mention this to me when I initially spoke to her and all she could lamely come up with was "I didn't have all the info". After she argued with me for a few more minutes, I was so LIVID I ended the call. I just wasted $90 - what a RIP OFF. Do NOT use this company. Words like scammer and chizzler come to mind. Fortunately, I was able to secure another company and after explaining what happened with Eli, they even agreed to match the price I would have paid with Eli. So while things worked out for me in the end, I am very unhappy with Eli and would never ever recommend them in a million years. Happy customers tell one or two people about their experience. Unhappy customers tell 100 and I plan to do JUST THAT!

Keep an eye out for another review after I receive my household items, but I couldn't wait to recommend Eli Relocation because you should just know now that your mind will be put at ease when you have these people on your side!Adam and his helpers, JJ and Jose, showed up with great attitudes and polite as can be! Our place was a mess from clearing out 12 years of living in a home with growing kids. We had tubs and boxes and furniture.. and lots of stuff just lying around. They never complained... just worked around what they needed to, and got the job done!They went above and beyond when, becuase of the short notice of our move, still had some precious framed photographs hanging on our walls. Adam and his guys graciously helped us take them down, package them up and move them out! They cared that I had all of the things I wanted to bring with me. Adam also explained important details to me and put my mind at east. I am very glad this was the company I chose and hope I will feel the same when my items are delivered four states away!Also... this is a biggie!!! I let him know I did not want to pay more than the quote so I wanted him to let me know when I was close to my limit! He did! No tricks, just honest service!Thank you for a great move out! I look forward to a great move in as well!Sara

After moving more than 16 times so far I have to say Eli Relocation was the worst company of them all. They try to screw you and yes, I have proof for that.After speaking with a friendly sales rep I got an estimate that sounded fair. I choose a Binding Order for $ 4,000.00, which states clearly: ''This Binding Estimate is based on your list of items and services requested!'' We walked around every room and measured every single item. The total came up to nearly 1300 cubic feet. Then the mover showed up with a smaller truck (without any markers inside), looked around and told me my items wouldn't fit unless of course I would pay more. He estimated all the items on the order would be at least 1700 cubic feet - maybe even more. I tried to call the sales rep from Eli Relocation, but she didn't pick up the phone - even after leaving three messages. The driver made clear that he doesn't care about the estimate and that this would happen all the time. We started arguing because why is there a Binding Order if they can change the terms??? Some might call this a scam....He couldn't answer my questions but told me he would make it fit if I would be willing to pay $ 6,000.00! Since I was on a tight schedule I had to take that deal. When the truck arrived in Los Angeles I looked inside right away and saw that my stuff was right on the marker of 1400 cubic feet. So I called the company and asked them why I had to pay for over 1700 cubic feet when my stuff clearly fits into 1400 cubic feet?! They had no other choice than return the difference blamed the driver and apologized firmly.... Since the truck was filled with another household I am pretty sure they knew all along that they tried to screw a customer.So my tip is: Double check the markers in the moving truck! You might save a lot of money....

I used Eli Relocation for an "in-town" move. I had them move my stuff from a 10' x 15' storage unit to my house and they two guys that showed up were AWESOME! My move took a total of 4.5 hours and most of that was getting the stuff from my 2nd floor storage unit to the the truck. Unloading took just over an hour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eli Relocation for all of your moving needs. Their rates were VERY competitive and definitely MUCH lower then some of the other more well known moving companies out there. They were worked fast, were very courteous, and didn't make me feel like I was in the way when I tried to help move a few things.
