This place is absolutely horrible! Since the first day nobody was in the office! Nobody is ever in the office! They put a lock on your storage unit if your a day late! Would not recommend this place has bad customer service do not use this place at all please!

Ana was very helpful, and accommodating to my needs. I reserved a unit on line. when I arrived to view the unit, i realized it was to small, Ana very kindly helped me with a bigger unit and was still able to give me the same great deal.

If I could leave a zero I would. I became a customer in August 2014. I had never used CubeSmart before but was in search of a storage facility to house my personal belongings preparing for the sale of my home. Moving is taxing. I purposefully asked about the safety and crime at this location and was assured there were 24hour camera's covering the property and any necessity to review footage associated with my unit would be allowed. The purchase of insurance is apart of the contract and between Cubesmart's own representatives, security, and the insurance company, my belongings would be alright. You could imagine my surprise, as well as the moving company who was with me, as I opened my storage unit one month later and found my belongings stolen, package stuffing all over the floor. I hope you never have the misfortune of being robbed. To have the items that mean the most to you, collected over a lifetime, taken. After informing the Phoenix police I also discovered how unfriendly Cubesmart staff is when something negative happens on their property. One woman rolled her eyes and didn't even flinch at the idea there was a theft on the property. Little help was offered and she seemed focused on getting me out of the office and their faces. I was not confrontational, as I was still quite in shock. The movers who were with me attested to this. Including the $100 deductible for the insurance coverage associated with my contract I paid CubeSmart even though their not willing to share with me how long I was renting an empty space! I've gone online to share my story, in an effort to make the public aware of what happened to me at this location, and prevent anyone else from experiencing the violation and vulnerability that comes with being robbed. I'm grossly disappointed.

I've had two bad experiences here one when I moved in and one when I moved out. When I moved in, the manager was unfriendly and not warm. She turned several people away while helping me who were merely trying to pay for their monthly bill. It is hard to believe there was no other staff to take care of this or multitasking ability. Those customers should not have to come back to pay for their service.When I moved out, it was even worse. The latch that slides on the door would not slide after I removed my lock, so I couldn't get my storage space open. I called the front desk to have them call someone over to help me, and she asked me why I didn't have anything to spray on it. Why would I bring something to spray on the door? It isn't my facility to upkeep. Then she said that if I couldn't open it, that she probably couldn't. She said there was no maintenance man there on the weekend, so I'd have to come back. The whole point of me being there was because I needed the stuff then to move into my new place! I don't live super close to there and I shouldn't have to go back because they have old locks. Their job is to have a working facility, and luckily I got it open after a good 20 minutes with no help from them.This place doesn't just have awful customer service, it has NO customer service. I'm in the industry and have rarely experienced anything as bad as this. That manager needs to be retrained in hospitality for sure, and the facility needs to be updated at the very least. I definitely don't recommend this place for any reason.

Worst service experience ever! I only visited the facility 4 times and except for the initial visit, I was unable to get into the facility in order to have access to my storage unit. All 3 times were during normal business hours - yet no one was in the office (there were "we will be back" signs up for a range of 1 to 3 hours). I called the corporate customer service number and was able to get a temporary code one time, then the second time was told that only the facility can issue a temporary code during normal business hours - even if the emergency contact is not available. The third time I was able to get a hold of the facility manager and was argued with for quite a long time before they gave me a temporary code (was told there were 7 people in front of me at the store and that they could only issue the code in person - even after I explained that everytime I was there during business hours there was no one available).My biggest frustration was that I requested to have my code reset everytime I called customer service and was told that the facility manager would contact me directly so that I didn't keep having the same issue. I never once received a call or email to address the problem. I had to pay movers to wait for me to deal with customer service to get a code just to get access to my own stuff, which is just absolutely ridiculous.I would never recommend this location or company, it was a terrible experience!
