REVIEW UPDATE: I just had to come back to tell you that this company moved my mom this month. They offered stellar service as expected and the move went off without a hitch. They're still consistently amazing. We paid in cash, and it was a big move. We had six guys in total and a semi. It was expensive but it was worth it and I wouldn't have changed a thing. After we settled up on the price, the guys were on their way and we got to relax and start unpacking. We hadn't even torn into the first box before there was a knock at the door. It was the moving crew foreman and he asked to come in since it was about money. He came in and offered a sincere apology that he did the numbers wrong and that (are you ready for this!?) HE owed US $500 back! We were obviously thrilled that we had this money but mostly astounded that they were so honest to bring the money back! I'm certain that any lesser company out there would have kept the cash as a tip and we wouldn't have known any different. Fantastic! Thanks again to Chad and his awesome team. I hired these guys to move us last August; it was the best choice I could have made!  The crew was so professional, they showed up with their own water/Gatorade/ snacks, and I have never seen movers hustle like my crew did. We had three guys and one truck. One of the crew wanted music and asked politely if it was okay to plug in his phone to play some- whatever gets the job done friend! I was so delighted to see how meticulously they packed and wrapped everything for us. My husband is a computer guy and they took extreme care with all of our computer and AV equipment. They understood what was delicate and  asked how we would like them to handle the special stuff. I could go on about how polite and considerate they were but I think you have the idea now. As I mentioned, we moved in August which was a murderously hot day but I didn't see any of them even miss a step. This company employs tough people who power through anything to get the job done. Now If it being August wasn't bad enough, my new house has a basement in it with stairs that turn at a 90 degree angle. I'd imagine it was a hard move for them to complete. The guys the sent us were seriously three Herculean men because even the basement stairs were another obstacle that was nothing! When we first arrived to the new house, they rolled out a literal red carpet to protect the wood floors from being damaged. Not sure if the red carpet is a thing or that's just what happened to be in the truck  but color me impressed.I will never hire another mover. Thank you!

I'm a little disappointed with the experience we had with Camelback movers. I chose them because of their awesome reviews on Yelp and wasn't impressed. We were moving across country and had our whole house packed up and ready to go when the movers arrived. All we needed them to do was help us wrap and few items and move our heavy furniture and boxes down to our moving truck. First of all, both my husband and I thought they were a little slow considering pretty much everything was ready for them to move when they arrived. A few of the movers kept arguing with each other on what the best way to move the items was, which didn't help with their timeliness. 2nd one of movers started carrying our biggest flat screen tv by himself on one of his shoulder (screen side pressing into his shoulder). This made me SUPER anxious considering both my husband had a hard time lifting it together, let alone one guy doing it solo. The kicker on this was that he left the tv leaning up against a trash can outside in the middle of summer (it was 110 outside) for like 30 min before I had to ask them to move it. Any professional would know that A) you should never carry a tv like that B) you never have it leaning on anything without it be standing straight up C) you should NEVER leave a TV outside in 110 degree weather for an extended period of time.3rd we had given the movers clear and direct instructions on how to properly move a few VERY expensive barber chairs as soon as they showed up. Since those were our main concern besides a few pieces of furniture we were very detailed on how we wanted them moved. Sure enough they didn't follow the directions my husband had given them and tipped the chairs and spilt hydrologic fluid all over the ground and barber chair (the oil ended up staining the cement outside the HOA office and we got fined for it). Thankfully, my husband caught them moving the chairs incorrectly right away and only one of the chairs lost its fluid.4th one of the movers dropped a bed frame which fell hit a kitchen table, which then ended up causing the table to fall over and smack the cement which left various deep indentions in the side table. (This table also wasn't cheap) --see photos 5th a few boxes that were clearly labeled "fragile" were placed on the bottom and when we went to unpacked the boxes were completely smashed. Thank god I left our most important and fragile items till the end for us to pack on our own. All in all I'd say we didn't have a great experience with this company. If you do use them, I'd suggest you being there monitoring them while they move your more valuable items. The guys themselves were very nice, just too bad they weren't all on the same page.

I have used Camelback Moving for 3 different moves, and every time I have had great service! Each crew was very nice and made sure that nothing was damaged. This last time they moved us in 115° heat. I have moved a lot in my life, and Camelback Moving is the greatest company I have ever worked with.

This is an Update to a previous review. I removed it because of the level of support the moving company gave me after they were aware of my issues. Just the fact the president called me and wanted to help immediately is awesome. Thanks for your time.

I've never met someone as strong as Patrick!!! That man carried 3-4 boxes at a time, on his back and every time he brought those boxes upstairs (3rd floor, no elevator!!!) he had a smile on his face. Ian was great as well, both such hard working guys, so if you are lucky to get this crew, you'll have a great experience--guaranteed!The scheduling was also painless and professional, so only great words for this company. Couldn't ask for better service!
