BEWARE of this business. I was over charged and thousands of dollars worth of family heirlooms were broken. Additionally, items were stolen. I regret ever using their service. Sam is rude and a thief.

We had Bargain Moving for our 1700 sq foot home. It took them 14 hours to pack and move our belongings into storage and their truck wasn't big enough to hold everything. They had 3 movers, two of which were inexperienced. We had damages to our furniture. We had to move the rest of our belongings ourself the following day. When it was time for payment, the amount agreed upon was different than originally agreed upon. Wouldn't recommend this company whatsoever

This company is receiving one start from me only because zero stars is not an option. This company is horrendous. I highly suggest anyone looking for movers do NOT use this company regardless of their rate. The customer service is unreal. A combination of lazy workers and an owner who does not care. You will end up being so frustrated that you are moving your items yourself that you wish you would not have hired these movers at all. Absolutely the WORST staff. STAY AWAY!

Terrible. Worst moving men ever! Hired them to move my daughter out of 2 story house. And they broke 2000 worth of furniture! They dropped her brand new dresser off the ramp going into the truck Twice! Walking up the ramp all three drop the brand new dresser on its side and again on its top! Then one guy Rolls a round chair on its side out to the truck. I said stop! It's getting dirty. Wait for help. It was filthy. Then they load a piano which they didn't want to do and go to unload it at the other house and drop the piano going down the ramp and bust the side and front leg gets messed up! Then they go upstairs to bring the bed down and hit the walls so bad it put a fist size hole in the wall. I look and there is 5 more holes everywhere going up the stairs. I tell them. You are putting holes in my walls and they don't say a word. Then one guy jumps up in truck without the other two men and grabs the table leg and pulls down on it and breaks the table leg off and the whole side of the table breaks. Just bought it to fur 450. I am standing there and can't believe it. Busted table. I should have stopped it right there but I didn't. They go to get the washer and dryer upstairs and are bringing the washer down ( all three men) and knock more holes in the side of the stairs and they DROP the washer on its front. It slides down the stairs and they are walking on the hoses that are trailing behind and I notice there is water all over the carpet draining out of the hose. So now the carpet on the stairs is wet. Last they load my grandsons tool box from his dad which is no longer with us and they don't separate the top from the bottom and it falls over on the drive over and bends the front so now u can't open it good and the lock won't work. Wow! So I say ok you need to call the owner and tell him what has been done here. He pulls out the paper work out of his side pocket and says just list it here. So I list 3 of the bigger things. Piano dresser and table and I don't put the other stuff down on there cause I talk to the owner and he says we will discount the move. It's 300! No. I'm not paying that. Ok. We will knock off 100. I shouldn't have payed them anything but I did like a dummy. The next day I drive down there to their office and talk to the owner. He did Not care at all! He laughs when I tell him about it all. He laughs! He says I already discounted the move. Really? They damage all these pieces of nice furniture and you aren't doing anything to fix them. Nope. We pay .30 cents per pound on broke stuff. It's in the contract. Didn't you read it? How could I? It was never given to me. It was in the Drivers pocket. So. For all this they issued a check for $102!!! That's it! Terrible business. Doesn't care at all. Beware! They will break and destroy your things. And put holes in your walls! DO NOT HIRE THESE SO CALLED MOVERS! Worthless. Just like the furniture is now.

I hired this company 2 months ago to move my small 1 bedroom (725 sq foot) minimally furnished apartment to a larger apartment that was about 5 miles away. I have used moving companies in the past - 3 other companies total - and it has never taken longer than 3 hours to completely move my household. It took these clowns EIGHT HOURS to move me. And the driver even had the guts to tell me that I was way more organized than most of their other clients. All of my stuff was in Lowes boxes that were sized small, medium, and large and it made it more efficient for them to move my stuff. He said that I saved them time by doing that. Wow.When I originally called the company, I asked when someone could come out to do a visual assessment of my belongings to give me an estimate of what the charges would be. All of the other companies I have used did that. She said that they did not do that, and forwarded me a written estimate for 2-3 hours of labor ranging from $250 to $325. She said that the movers would call me the day before my move to confirm time, etc. No one called me the day before, and I ended up calling them an 1 1/2 hours before my scheduled time to see what was going on. She said that she had a list of people moving that day, and that my name was close to the bottom and that she didn't have time to call me! She apologized and said that they would be there at my scheduled time. The weren't. They were half an hour late.They talked me into purchasing the shrink wrap ($40) to help prevent scratches. A total waste - my brand new bed arrived with a 2 inch X 1/4 inch scrape on the head board and nicks all over the rest of it. Some of the other stuff they shrink wrapped was nicked up too. My couch arrived dirty and I had to steam clean it. The orthopedic pet bed for my 14 year old arthritic dog never made it. Oh, and half of my boxes were crushed on top, had gouges in the side, and I had 4 of those large plastic bins with lids that I kept things in to keep dust away, 3 of the lids got broken. My bottom line for all for this was about $700.
