I don't know why everything on here is so negative. They do charge for the plastic wrap but are upfront about all the charges from the beginning. Timothy and Jose were some of the nicest guys I've ever met. I recommend them to anyone who's moving.

Horrible - Do Not UseIf I could rate a negative star level I definitely would. Scheduled to show up at 9AM. No show until 9:30, I get it sometimes people run late no big deal. I call at 9:30 and am told they are so busy forgot to call me to let me know their truck broke down and would call me back with an updated time. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes without a call so I call back. Still delayed and will call me back quickly. Another hour later finally get a call from the office stating are on their way. Thirty minutes after this get a call from the driver stating would arrive in 30 minutes which turned out to be 45 minutes. They were 3 HOURS and 45 MINUTES LATE!!! Really? Couldn't go and get an alternative truck? U-Haul, Penske and Budget all have a bunch of trucks available.Not even an apology and no concession to me for wasting half of my entire day.But Wait....there's more....Upon arrival the movers tell me the hourly rate which was true to what displayed other website, but, there is an additional $69.99 Trip Charge, a 19% Fuel Surcharge and a $39 charge for Shrink Wrap. Ridiculous!! I have rented trucks this size for moves in the past and rarely would I need to add $15 to maybe $20 in gas after driving across town. I told the guy I am not paying for shrink wrap because I could buy a case of shrink film for $39. He ignored me, spent time shrink wrapping a couple items which together are not even worth $39....During the actual move of loading and un-loading the truck both of the movers expressed how hot it is and asked if I had any water for them. Are you kidding me? You live in Phoenix Arizona -- it is Hot here, Stupid. Perhaps if showed up on time could have gotten the move done during the cooler hours of the morning. Also was asked if I have phone chargers so could charge their telephones -- really?I could go on and on about the lazy half-assed effort these two baboons put forth in executing the move ....basically I paid $177 OVER what this should have been. Wasted HALF of my day, had to re-schedule other appointments happening that day to set up my other services for television and internet installation with NO concession to me for being extremely late. Oh! and by the way, better have Cash to pay the bill as they do not take plastic. Could have paid by Cashier Check or Money Order -- how the heck was I supposed to go and get a Cashier Check or Money Order when have no idea how long the move would take AND these asinine additional charges.....Horrible experience, horrible customer service, idiot employees who have zero ability to deal with customers. All in all, do not call this company unless you enjoy being treated poorly and overcharged.I will post this on every site I can find referencing these Jokers.

DO NOT DO IT! THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES, OVERCHARGE, AND DO NOT DELIVER ALL YOUR STUFF. THEY HAVE OVER 50 ONE-STAR REVIEWS FOR A REASON.They also just changed name to Bargain Movers LLC to try and hide reputation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!My experience by 3 categories. (1) RIPOFF / SCAM, (2) INCOMPETENCE and OVERBILLED (3) CUSTOMER ABUSE AND INTIMIDATION(4) DAMAGED AND MANY MISSING ITEMS (STUFF THAT WASN'T MINE WAS DELIVERED)-- Arizona Movers and Storage Inc. Highlight Quotes --Us: "Why are you yelling at us, we are the customer ..."Them: "I don't give a shit" - Danielle @ Arizona Movers and StorageUs: "Danielle why is your quote double now that it's loaded in your storage?"Them: "you know what, you can get your shit out of here yourself, we aren't going to move it out of our storage" - Danielle @ Arizona Movers and Storage----CATEGORY 1 - RIPOFF / SCAM (read this review or every other one online)Danielle Quoted us for a 3 bed move out on phone at around 350.I was very very specific of what I usually pay to move out. We move often, and I usually hire movers and put into a pod. Instead this was "competitive" so I thought I'd try it.After move out said it was 640Bill charged us 680Charged us for packing supply 160 bucks without telling us. Called management to talk about bill, I was put on hold and hung up on 3 timesNever called back.Storage facility - every time we called for clarification on price for monthly storage it changed. The first call was 200, then 240, then 280. They said "I don't know what to tell you, this is the bill in front of me you must pay"NOTE: Even after overpaying, we've had to repeatedly call to get our bill on the storage to keep paying them (I could see them trying to auction our stuff off).  Every time we give them the address and call back to confirm, they don't have it on file.??We ate the cost, I got ripped off. Fine. BUT HERE'S WHERE IT WENT FROM BAD TO WORSECATEGORY  2 - INCOMPETENCE (I had to call the POLICE)7. Our stuff was being stored at their unit. We never got a bill for it so we called. 8. They COULDN'T FIND OUR STUFF. 9. Management was very rude. Said we will find out where it is and call you back10. Never got a call11. 3 days later still waiting to see if they had everything we owned. 12. They said we think we found, we will text you a picture if we do.13. No call back was ever give14. We did this about 5 days with a promise of a text. 15. Still no text - we didn't know if they had our stuff.16. We had to call the Police to get them to show us proof they had our stuff in possession! 17. The Police officer said we should file with the BBB, that they are a scammy off company. CATEGORY 3 - CUSTOMER ABUSE AND INTIMIDATION Staff quotes "you know what, you can get your shit out of here yourself, we aren't going to move it out" and - we are the customer - "I don't give a shit" - Danielle @ Arizona Movers and StorageTo Note: I'll concede our money is gone. At this point I'm not mad at anyone about that. It's about the treatment by their staff with our family and belongings.18. Danielle and their support have been very rude and abusive since day one. 19. "That was just a quote" was always the fall back. Ok, but double the price is not even ballpark?20. We got rid of most of our stuff, like beds, no dressers. We had much less than most 3 bedroom homes. So here quote is impossible for a 3 bed, it's just a way to hook people in and screw them once their stuff is loaded up. 21. Danielle yelled several times at my wife when asking about prices to get our stuff out of storage 22. Danielle told my wife "you know what, you can get your shit out of here yourself, we aren't going to move it out"23. When we said, Danielle we are the customer "I don't give a shit"24. When we asked if we could talk to the owner many times or another supervisor we were told "he's not available. I guarantee I am a lot nicer than he will be. He doesn't care about what happens here. We literally feel like everything we own is at risk. We feel intimidated by their staff, by Danielle, and by the owner. CATEGORY 4: 10 HOURS LATE DELIVER, DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS1. I was setup for a delivery at 10-11 am. When they didn't show, I had to call and said they were running behind. 2. 2 pm, still waiting2. 4 pm still waiting. 3. At 9pm the movers showed up. 4. Movers were ex-cons, face tattoos, day laborers, not professional movers. 5. Items were damaged, chairs broken, hole in my wood hutch6. Almost everything was dinged and scratched of value7. Items that were NOT MINE were mixed in with my stuff. 8. Much of my items are missing, dishes, chairs, etc. 9. I filed a report exactly as instructed. 10. I have called, emailed, left messages. ALL IGNORED. 11. Lesson learned, please trust me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I've never left a bad review on Yelp before...but this one is warranted. We used this company, as a recommendation from a friend, to move my mother into our house. When they were unloading a very expensive hutch with glass sides, the mover put his knee on the glass to try to put it on a dolly. Needless to say this heavy furniture did not withstand the pressure against the glass so the glass shattered. I made several calls and 2 emails trying to resolve it, each time they said they'd get back to me and never did. Finally they said they'd send us a check for $150 to cover the damage.  At this point, and tired of calling, I agreed. Today, the check finally arrived, and believe it or not it was only for $120??. At this point trying to resolve anything with this company is too exhausting, thus the unfortunate review. I would definitely not recommend using them, and if you do...do it at your own risk!

Update: I still stand by my previous post. I will NOT ever use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. If you do decide to use them get everything in writing. The friendly voice over the phone will not help you in the end. Do not listen to the men who are moving you if something is wrong. Their word will not stand. Nice movers but they can't help you either. In fairness to the unethical organization I did get an email declining my claim as I mentioned in my first review. The message came 15 days after I filled the claim. Had everything packed flawlessly per the two men moving me. And now I have damage goods.
