THANK YOU ALLIANCE PROFESSIONAL MOVING!!! 5 STARS!!!  A+++++I grew up in AZ and I recently helped my mom move out of my childhood home. The whole experience of moving is usually super stressful, but Alliance Professional Moving was AWESOME and handled each portion of the process with the utmost care and consideration. Lynn Crane was our point person from the beginning and she was on point! She scheduled an onsite estimate / survey which took about an hour. There were a lot of moving pieces to my mom's move. She'd lived in the house since the 80's, and was downsizing to a condo, so there was a TON of stuff to get rid of, donate, sell off, put in storage, move to the new place etc. Once Lynn helped us figure out a plan of action, the whole job took about three days. There was so much stuff to be packed up, and tracked. Their crew leader person did an electronic inventory of every piece that went into their storage warehouse, including photos of the items, which was super helpful.Before the move, I was very worried about stuff getting lost or damaged when it went into storage. By the time everything was packed up, we had 10 storage containers plus we needed additional storage space for the really big stuff like her couch and an antique hutch that is really delicate with glass shelves, mirrors and intricate carvings and details on the exterior. When everything was brought to her new place, they actually sent the same crew to do the delivery, which was nice. All of the stuff in storage came out without any issues. The guys were SUPER respectful and patient with my mom as she was trying to figure out where everything should go. She had them move stuff around for her until she was happy with the layout. These guys were total pros and very efficient. They put all of the clothes in her closets, took all the boxes, trash and packaging away. Nothing was broken or damaged and EVERYTHING was accounted for, which was AMAZING!I can't say enough nice things about Lynn Crane, who truly went above and beyond for my mom. She was in frequent contact with us and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. She answered all of our questions and alleviated our concerns. Lynn even came to my mom's house to pick up the clothes that my mom wanted to donate to charity. Lynn gathered everything together for her and delivered it to a charity called Dress for Success. Lynn got a receipt for the donation and sent it with the movers to give to my mom when they arrived to do the move.Every single person we dealt with at Alliance Professional Moving was fantastic. This whole experience really put all of us at ease and my mom was so happy with how everything turned out. Also, the final bill actually came in UNDER the estimate, if you can believe it. I will 100% recommend this company to all of my AZ friends!!! Thank you SO much to everyone at Alliance Professional Moving!

A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER !This is the first time I have ever used a professional moving company. What a time saver it was for me. I was very impressed with how prepared and efficient they were in packing up my home. When we arrived at my new home, they were very careful and made sure that everything was put in the correct room and put together any furniture that they had taken apart. These guys value your time and you get what you pay for-  a hard working company who cares about you and your property. I highly recommend Alliance Professional Movers to anyone needing a moving company.

Beware of this moving and storage co .They are absolutely Thieves and rip off artists !1. Bait and switch 2. They loose or steal your items ! we have many boxes missing of important items!3. We stored our items there for a period of time and we were told they were in vaults , my husband drops in one day and our furniture is stored in their front office ! We were also told by a employee that some of our other things had been stored in a truck in the extreme Arizona heat when we were paying for air cooled !4 They left our boxes out side in the rain overnight forgetting to put  on the truck for morning delivery boxes came soaked and ripped open -the employees told us themselves this is what had happened .5. Damaged and broken items they refuse to handle repair or reimbursements when their employees damaged them in the move transit They actually lie and say that our things were damaged and broken when they originally picked them up !They are absolute liarsThis is a Warning !!Don't trust this company don't think twice you will be very sorry !They should change their names to professional thieves

Very customer oriented moving company with storage facilities as well.. I've met the owner Jim who was super nice and he and his crew strive to fulfill all your moving and storage needs with care and for a good price. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a professional moving and/or storage company. Very convenient and secure location.

I've used Alliance for three moves. I've tried some other moving services, but I always end up back here.They're not the cheapest; but they are the most careful, hard-working and honest movers I've ever hired. These guys have NEVER damaged any of my paintings, electronics or furniture. I can't say enough good things about this firm.
