A Master Mover

II highly recommend Master Movers, they bring plenty of helpers, they are fast and very good at preventing anything from getting scratched.  They use door jam protectors which is nice to prevent damage to walls and doors.  They had to get creative with my sectional since it is over sized, but they figured it out and didn't even have to take the legs off to move it out of the unit.  Very impressive.Tim is hilarious, kept me laughing on move day which tends to be stressful, I appreciated that.  I will use these guys again!  These guys are fast, arrived on time and the move out and in to the new place which was on 3rd floor, took only and hour and a half including a 20 minute drive between the places.  Impressive!Pricing is per item not hourly, so they don't take breaks and make you pay, what a nice way of doing business.  Tim calculated my move before he showed up based on inventory.

Tim and his moving team were by far the best movers I've ever used and HIGHLY recommend them for your next move.  I was given a fair and accurate quote and only had to pay a few bucks more for extra items that I added later.  The team moved super fast and were very polite and professional.  I moved about 10 miles away and from start to finish, they were done with the entire job in only two hours.  They wrapped all my furniture and everything was delivered in the same shape it was before the move.  If I have to move again, there is no question who I will be calling again.  If I could give more than five stars, I would!

They were amazing! Tim was great and quick to respond with an exact quote. We set up for the following weekend and he advised to call the night before for a narrowed down time. Tim also called 30 mins before arrival which was great. He arrived with his crew of 6 young respectful guys who got to work right away. They wasted no time in getting us moved and protected all of our furniture. I can't say enough good things about Tim and his crew. I would HIGHLY recommend them...great price and fast moving!!!! Thank you again Tim!!

Absolutely wonderful experience with this company! Tim, the owner, is great to work with and flexible. I booked the team about 2 weeks before my move and Tim was always readily available to answer my questions. I filled out the inventory sheet for my estimate and was able to make adjustments up until the second he and his team arrived. His prices are very fair compared to the competition as he charges by piece that's moved versus by the hour (Don't be intimidated by this if you are moving an entire house or lots of items, they are reasonable)! When I booked his team, I was given a timeframe to expect them on the day of my move (7-11 per my choice in options offered), but was told I could call the night before for a more narrow estimate. I called the night before and was told they would be arriving right around 7 am. The morning of my move, Tim called me at 6:45am to say he would be arriving at 7:15, talk about promptness! When I booked my move, I was told Tim and another guy would be taking care of my move. When Tim arrived, he had a team of he and 5 additional guys. The team was very friendly, professional and FAST! I had everything ready to go in my garage when they arrived to make the process as easy as possible. They had everything packed into their truck in 10 minutes and were on their way to my new place. When they arrived at my new apartment, there was a truck in the area of where moving trucks can unload and if he had to wait, it's an additional $25 per 15 minutes of waiting to unload. We were able to talk to some maintenance men and have them move their truck so Tim's moving truck could also pull in. This took about 6 minutes to coordinate and he did not charge me an additional wait fee. The team had me direct them as to exactly where I wanted everything and they placed it right where I requested. They unloaded their truck and were gone within 30 minutes of arriving at my apartment. This was a very smooth process and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move. My parents are planning on moving soon and after seeing how efficient this team was, they are considering using them for their entire house. Go with "A Master Mover" and you won't be disappointed! Update (January 2017)My fiancé and I moved into our home in January of 2017. After having such a great experience with A Master Mover the first time, we decided to use them for our final move into our home. Their prices are fair and they work quickly. Tim even helped us unload a few large items from our UHaul that we loaded and moved ourselves to save some money. My only (minor) complaint is that I don't think they wrap the furniture for protection enough. We wrapped a lot on our own but Tim's team didn't wrap anything. We didn't have any damage this move, but my first time using them I did have a few dings in my coffee table and side tables. Definitely not a reason to go with another (more expensive) mover but that is why we wrapped a lot on our own for this move. A Master Mover is the perfect name for Tim and his crew! I was so impressed by how nice and helpful Tim was when I called and emailed him the list of items we needed moved. I called 2 additional times to ask questions and he was so friendly and knew who I was right away. The day of the move they arrived when they said they would, it was Tim and 4 other guys. They immediately starting taking things to the truck and were in and out faster than any movers I have every used. When we got to the new place they had me direct them as to where everything goes and they had the beds and all furniture put back together in no time! All of the guys were so polite and patient with me when I couldn't remember what room some of the items were to go in. They moved everything so efficiently and there was no damage to any of our items.  I felt like they take pride in the work they do! I love that the amount you have to  pay is based on the number of items you have to move, not per hour fees with a minimum number of hours, fuel surcharges or additional hourly fees just for them showing up. I definitely recommend A Master Mover and when we are ready to move again I know who we will be calling!
