Established in 2015. Simpler Moving was founded in late 2015 by Layne Norris. With 5 years in the industry and a team full of professionals he looks to bring Austin and the surrounding areas the greatest moving experience available. Customer Service is the main focal point for this business, and he ensures that all clients will remain satisfied!

Super Satisfied with Simpler Moving! I was scheduled for between 9-10 and they came at 9; practically on the second. When the three guys came in, they looked around to see what was being moved and got to business right away. They were extremely professional and efficient, but very personable (you don't always get that). The doozy of the move was that I was moving to the Domain. For any who know the Domain area, you know how difficult it is to maneuver around. They had to work from a loading dock, and a decent walk to a service elevator. They were completely prepared and amazingly enough, they unpacked in about 1 1/2 hours. My total move was 3 hours; including travel time! Totally amazing! I would totally recommend Simpler Moving and I would for sure use them on my next move.

Nick and Jonathan were friendly and efficient! I needed to be moved ASAP, and they had a cancellation (lucky me) so they were at my apartment within 30 minutes. This was my first experience with movers, and I will definitely be using them when I have to move again. I have nothing to compare the price to, but it seemed very fair for the amount of work and care they put in.

PICK THESE GUYS!! From my first phone call with Layne, to the final thank you, Layne was amazing, honest, kind, and very professional. He was very straight forward, and answered every question we had. This was our first time using movers, and I will never go back to moving myself again! They met my husband in Waco to pick up our furniture, and I met them in South Austin to receive them. Layne, Will and Ben had us moved in to our new place on the 3rd floor in 1.5 hours, to a 2B/2B. All three of them were professional, and polite!! Use them for all of your moving needs, I know we will!!

We highly recommend Simpler Moving. You have to appreciate a moving company that responds quickly and provides a fair and accurate estimate via email. It's nice to know what to expect.They moved my daughter from a two story town home into a second floor apartment and their rates were more than fair. She called me once the move was complete and claimed, " they were the best movers I've ever dealt with"!Hopefully she won't be moving again for a while, but if she does, we will definitely use them again.
