This company will destroy your home. They will send the most unprofessional packers and movers to your home. They will constantly give you the run around. When it is time to honor your claim from their damages, their lawyer will send you several pages of information informing you that the company is bankrupt and financially unable to honor your claim. Do yourself a favor, find another company to handle your moving needs. Oh by the way, if they send a repairman to your house by the name of Able Moreno, check the registered sex offenders website. Look at the picture and then decide if you want to allow him into you home. If you do, know that he has shady and unethical practices and will probably do botched up work on your home. Also know that Gary, the manager will never return calls & Nathan Rosen will be rude,unprofessional, and too busy to adequately respond to calls and emails.

Had THE worst experience! Gave me 20 min notice on a pre-move inspection on the day I pulled everything out to clean and wash. They took pictures and later used that as justification to say my home was too dirty to pack up (even though by the time they showed up to pack, my home was back in order). After only being here for 2 hours they abruptly left and told their ppl. We had roaches and bugs everywhere. I had an exterminator come and even he laughed and said there was no sign of roaches. I had him spray anyway to appease them. Had an inspector come by to make sure my home didn't look like the pictures they took and he cleared me. After the inspector called to say the house was okay they then said we gave the packers scabies and they all had to go to urgent care. I seriously don't know how you can spontaneously get a parasitic bug from a home where no one has the bug or symptoms of something. Especially showing symptoms the next day when any simple google search will tell you it takes 4-6 weeks to show any symptoms. This place is a joke that made my life a nightmare when I was hoping hiring movers would make my move easier.

Only giving one star because I cannot give less. Not only were our belongings poorly packed, which resulted in damaged items, but many items were not marked on the inventory sheet. We had major damage done to furniture and our desktop computer screen was completely shattered. However, none of this compares to the fact that the movers STOLE BOTH OF OUR LAPTOPS AND GO PRO CAMERA. We have filed a claim through the company but we really should be calling the police! Beware of using this company, I will be warning other military families
