Up~ Date** September 25, 2015Debo. & A. S.We are writing this review with very Happy Hearts. Our movers Eduardo and his partner showed up very promptly and ready to get going and they did a magnificent job, they were very professional and very proficient with their moving as well as being very considerate & compassionate.Both my daughter & I are Disabled & both of them made sure that our move went off without a hitch! They are Angel's, they have wings! God Bless both of them, as well as the Owner~ Kelly! We could not ask for more! Thank You!Debo. & M. S.

If I could give this place no stars - I would have. Movers were extremely slow. It took them 7 hours to move a 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom apartment ! And we have already moved all the stuff from the house earlier - it was literally JUST the furniture left.They were not securing any thing that they were moving. We had a big beautiful mirror that I got in Los Angeles - they completely broke it into pieces and it took them amidst an hour to clean up the pieces and blah blah (of course the time was still payed for). They didn't secure drawers so they were cracked and scratched in multiple places At the end of the move I filled out the paper and they left. Since there was a lot going on during the move, I thought I payed over the phone with the card earlier. After they left I went to do grocery shopping - in the middle of it a very rude lady called me back saying that her people are back to collect the money. Obviously it wasn't payed over the phone, I told her it's definitely not my fault the left without getting payed and now they will have to wait till I'm done because really - I don't give a shit. The lady was extremely rude and very unprofessional. That's when I said - look you HAVE to be professional - I - dont. Fuck it. So today they brought a "fixed" mirror - crooked in multiple places. I call her and she rudely says that either pretty much take or leave it ( apparently it's 60c per pound , or 60$ that they could return me for the mirror that was over $500 worth). This we one terrible experience. Please DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

I used Move Pros over the weekend. I moved from a 1st floor apt to a 2nd floor apt. The guys showed up 45 mins early so I was still finishing up when they arrived. I had 3 men and my first impression- they didnt seem too happy to be there. Not that they should be jumping with excitement but I had used this co 3 years back and the guys then were the friendliest and fastest  workers. Next, they didnt take any precautions with my WHITE microfiber couch. I would think they would carry gloves with them but now my couch has fingerprint dirt/sweat stains. I had a piano moved & of course its hot and youre sweating but i didnt like that they sweat all over the fancy piano & didnt bother wiping the puddles of sweat off. Gross! They put my bed frame together which i appreciate but its BACKWARDS. Didnt notice it until they left, now i have to figure out how im going to fix it. Last, i labelled all of the boxes with where they should go. They dumped them all in my living room & stacked boxes labelled BOOKS on top of the box labelled GLASS.  I will probably use a different moving service next time.

Worst experience moving ever. Unprofessional, substandard equipment, lots of damage to our household.  They sent a truck with a leaky roof to move us.  Everything got wet. They also dropped furniture.  DO NOT USE THEM. They are dishonest and not ethical.
