The crew we had consisted of Doug, Terry and Fred.  Doug and Fred were consummate professionals but, Terry, Not so much!  The major problem I saw was that Terry liked to be on his phone texting more than a few times.  Many times I heard Doug have to tell Terry to get to work or to not stand around.  Doug, overall, was the absolute hardest working one of the three.  HE was patient and didn't lose his temper with anyone.  Terry would bait Fred some and Fred would some times counter back, but 70% of the time Fred just let Terry's comments roll off of him.  oh! and Terry curses some.  He also pretends he is talking to himself, but unfortunately he doesn't realize (or maybe he does) that we can hear the things he is saying about the people whose stuff he is touching.  At one point, Terry said, "Garage...garage...of course you want it in the garage, that's where you've put everything else, why don't you get off your....""" and then he walked further away so that I didn't hear the rest of that sentence.  A good many times i caught him muttering about having to take this thing or that thing off the truck and/or about the work in general....HE is smart enough to not do that though, when Doug or Fred are nearby...anyway, The crappy part is, Doug and Fred would have gotten a 5, if they hadn't had Terry on this crew.  But the reason they at least got a 3, was BECAUSE Doug and Fred were on this crew.

Just got our stuff in New York and one of the first things that comes out is our tv stand with one of the legs just sitting on top. How the hell do you do that!? It was solid. We watched them load up the truck and drop our furniture on the ground. Never use the lazy bastards. They won't even own up to their crappy service.

This company has been a joke to work with from the beginning. We live in Austin and Lone Star Relocation was assigned to deliver our house hold goods. After trying to get a delivery date set up, they sent out two people Terry and AJ to move our stuff in. AJ was very nice, professional, and hard working. Terry had a bit of an attitude and at first, was not friendly, and had terrible customer service. They didn't realize we lived in a 3rd floor apartment, which made Terry upset. After Terry was trying to get my family to move stuff off the truck for him, I called my husband at work. My husband had to leave work (which was his second day at his new job) to come home and see what was going on. My husband called and talked with JP a dispatcher and asked if this behavior was normal. JP apologized and said he would call Terry. After the phone call Terry was a little better but still had poor customer service. He was upset my husband called the company about him. Terry didn't want to unpack the boxes and remove the debris. He just kept saying how far his drive was back to San Antonio. He wanted to rush through the paper work at the end just so he could leave. At the end of the whole process we were very disappointed in how Lone Star Relocation handled this delivery.  Next time send more people, and send people who can actually move the house hold goods (what I mean is send someone strong, not old and unable to do their job)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When they sent someone out to 'evaluate' how many boxes and whatnot they would need, she stated they would not pack any open food goods in my pantry. No problem, that make sense since we are moving oveseas so I set everything to one side that wasn't going to go. Moving day comes, they show up on time. Plus. They bring 2 guys then bitch about having only 2 days to pack a while house. Minus. The minuses continue. They scratch my brand new laminate floor with their dolly while moving other boxes out of the way then deny doing it, despite the trail of scratches that lead from where they are stacking boxes and out the door. Scratch the brand new concrete paint on the front step because they can't be bothered to bring a towel or pad out to place under the ramp. Argued with me that the box I had packed myself wasn't sitting in the kitchen the whole time waiting to be put on the truck even though THEIR paperwork was sitting on it the entire 2 days. Didn't pack my broom or dry, clean mop despite being asked to. They were supposed to build a crate to place my $3k+ memory foam mattress in for shipping but decided to wrap it in flatten cardboard boxes instead. Packed all of the open things in my pantry. ALL of them. Chips, bread, sugar, flour, etc. Yeah, it was awesome unpacking that stuff which had exploded inside the boxes. I think the icing on the cake was while unpacking the boxes because we could tell they didn't give a flying you-know-what about our things. A lot of stuff was thrown in drawers of the dressers and not properly wrapped before being put in boxes. And do you think they would pack the power cords with their respective electronics?? Not a chance. I still can't find the cord to my printer despite every box being unpacked. I couldn't even tell you the name of the guys who came to pack us up because they didn't care to introduce themselves. Pick another company if you can, we didn't have a choice because that's who the military assigned to us.
