Worst company I have dealt with in 25 years of active duty service to my country. This company did not complete the delivery of my move until after 5pm which makes them responsible for debris removal. For three weeks now they have blown me off, or worse yet, been rude and condescending to me regarding their efforts to remove this debris. I have boxes cluttering up my house and garage and this company could not care less. They should never be allowed to perform another move for service members again as they treat service members like garbage.

I am completely disgusted by how your men packed our belongings. We are missing multiple boxes, furniture and electronics. Half of our shipment is destroyed due to your negligence. Learn to pack! How are you still in business?? Your men were late everyday and at our home until 11pm! They did not bring a big enough truck and we were forced to rent a u-haul because they couldn't take everything. Half of your team couldn't get signed on to base. How do you take from other people and think it is ok? Where is all of our boxes? How do you misplace a 13 foot sofa table?? You are disgusting individuals.

So I saw the other two comments and it made me want to write this review. We used them for our PCS move from Fort Sam as well and we have 0 complaints. They came extra early. Did the job very very well. Inventory sheet was spot on and everything was packed professionally and very well. The employees we're very polite and courteous. There names were Jesse, Joaquim (sorry if I misspelled), and John. Very satisfied customer. -Eren Newland.

BEWARE!!! I would never use this company. My husband and myself had to use this company for a military move. No only were my autographed hockey jerseys and autographed mini hockey stick not listed in the high value inventory they were missing. Along with cash, hockey skates, cameras, and even a large family crest! Never have I ever had a worse experience moving! The packers packed 27 out of 110 "miscellaneous" boxes, but many different items were heavily damaged. Now we have to deal with the headache of getting items replaced that were never on the inventory list to begin with! I would not recommend anyone use this company! And if your military and you're assigned this company, refuse to use them!

My husband I recently moved with the assistance of Jonas Brothers Transfer Inc. Of my husband's entire military career, this is the worst moving experience. The employees showed up late to the appointment and always took longer than necessary lunches. They did not perform an assessment to survey the house. They were unprepared to move our property as a result. One of the movers was completely unprofessional constantly on her phone and argumentative. She took two days to pack a bedroom, bathroom, and closet. Our moves usually take one day. We are missing several items. We also have several damaged items. Our furniture and belongings were carelessly packed. A living room vase was packed underneath heavy items causing it to break under the pressure. Our high value items were not labeled as they are required to as part of the inventory. We had to review this before the movers finished and they were completely disinterested in rectifying that oversight. In addition to our high value paintings not be appropriately labeled, they were also crammed into one box instead of separately packed individually causing damage to expensive paintings. Moreover, the female mover packed a unclean toilet plunger and scrubber in a box with a custom made blanket and curtain, which resulted in fecal matter being leaked onto everything in the box. Furthermore, our souvenirs acquired from our travels were not individually wrapped causing damage to an item. We also had to contact Jonas Brothers Transfer Inc during the move because the female mover refused to take down a mirror that is attached to our bedroom dresser. Never in our four moves has anyone ever refused to take the dresser apart. After speaking to her supervisor she finally complied to do her job. However, the screws that were used to attach the mirror to the dresser were conveniently missing upon arrival to our new home. My husband's achievement medals were also callously packed and thrown into boxes as if his military service has meant nothing.
