I posted a tip, didn't know it wasn't going to show in the review spot. Anyway, I love this company!!!! They are so professional and they really work well together!!! They were fast, efficient and timely!!! I am so glad they were the guys who helped me move bc I have had movers before and usually they take their sweet time!!! No these guys really worked hard and I do hope that their manager see's this review and rewards them for their hard work!!! Thanks A Accurate movers! Y'all were amazing!

Will NEVER use this company again and would not refer them to anyone.  Cannot believe that a broken piece of furniture cannot be replaced in a timely manner, especially when it was due to negligence on behalf of the mover.  Hello, doors do open when you don't have them strapped down.  I still do not have my entertainment center back and they moved me 24 days ago.  Filing a complaint with the better business bureau, if they are even listed.  I have tried to work with Kris on multiple occasions, to only be told "I'm sorry, my guy doesn't take this long".  It was a bent pin in the hinge of the door, seriously??? Now I am getting no response at all from him.  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

RIPPED-OFF is how I felt after doing business with this company. Our in-town move to a freight facility was estimated to take between 2 - 4 hours by the owner. Unfortunately, because they are paid hourly, the move actually took 10 hours. I understand that estimates are just that... Estimates. However, it is commonly accepted for an estimate to vary by up to 20%. When the actual time is TRIPLE what was estimated by the "professional", its a scam in my opinion. I believe the low-ball estimate was simply a ploy to win my business. Then during the move I was informed that there would be an extra charge for moving my plasma tv, which was already carefully padded and packed, but "it wouldn't be much". When it came time to settle up at the end of the day,I was told that the charge would be an extra $100. When I protested, the owner threatened to call the police if I didn't pay it.  By now I should know better to get everything in writing, and this company has reminded me that trust is for fools when a buck is concerned. Finally, while at the beginning of the day the movers that the company contracted the job out to seemed to be handling everything with care, by the end of the day they were being very careless and rough with our belongings, even with boxes marked "fragile" or "glass". The cost of that remains to be seen. When it comes to selecting a mover, don't walk, run from these guys.
