DO NOT hire this company. I saw these two reviews prior to booking, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I corresponded with Earl from their craigslist ad and told him I would need a move today and next week. We set a time for 10AM today and he sent me two confirmation numbers (#07081716010 and #0708171450) for my bookings. Later in the day I messaged him again to confirm our 10AM time and he responds to it. Around 10pm, before going to bed I send another message about the time and still needing them for my move. Today at 10AM, they are a no show. I still give the benefit of the doubt they are running late and wait. 11AM nothing. 12pm nothing. 1pm nothing. 2pm I scramble to hire someone else that can come and they do and I go about my move with another company. The entire day goes by and this company never called, they never tried to re contact me about confirming the appointment twice. It's like I was never on their schedule to be moved. About 4pm I message them and let them know their services won't be needed and I am astounded by their ethics. If you are thinking about booking with them, I urge you not to. They aren't worth the trouble and the stress. Completely unprofessional company. You are better off searching for another mover.

Hi Everyone,My moving experience...THE CONFIRMATIONOn Monday, June 27, I spoke with the owner, who announced himself as "Earl" to schedule a move out of my condo to the new house. I requested three men and a 26' truck.  Minutes after speaking with Earl by telephone, I received a text message: "Confirmation # 070316732090 Sunday between 9-10am". The telephone number that I dialed:  832-985-0055.   THE DAY OF THE MOVEOn Sunday, July 3, I called "Earl" at 11:15am: "We've been waiting but no one has showed up yet, and no one called." Earl: "I'm sorry about that. My guys are running forty minutes late. The lady they're moving is having them empty out a closet that's taking more time than expected." Me: "You advised that I would be the first customer on Sunday morning?" Earl: "My guys were moving a four bedroom house yesterday. It's a big job, and we always complete a job first before we go onto the next job. Me: "But you called me last night to confirm today's move." Earl: "My guys will be there."At 1:30pm: "Earl, the movers aren't here. What's going on?" Earl: "Let me call them, and call you back." Five minutes later: "They're still moving the four bedroom house, but they will be there."The movers never showed up.  No phone call, no text, no apology. NO SHOW!!My wife, who is 29-weeks pregnant, ended up renting a 26' U-Haul at 4pm, and we recruited family and friends to help with the move. Avoid this company by all means. Please spend your money on real professional moversOwner: Peter Phone: (409) 539-8923Craigslist Ad: houston.craigslist.org/l…I have tried contacting you without success. Due to the nature of how your worker behaved yesterday on 1/6/15, particularly the 'taller' African American male, I decided to only have your movers drop off my items (couch, bed, TVs, 2 speakers, etc) w/o taking them into the apartment. You team left unattended with my items. Several issues that occurred include: (sorry I don't have names so have to identify by description)-Asian guy leaving to a different job with my keys;-Bed screws needed for assembly taken by Asian guy -- this cost me extra money for newly hired movers because we waited 1hr to receive the screws for assembly. -Taller African American male employee extremely rude and unprofessional, used curse words at me. -Taller African American male invaded my privacy as he had no permission to enter my new apartmentI paid for 4hrs as agreed considering delays, reroute etcMy friend and I witnessed unloading of my things. Your tall African American male staff while agitated handled my items carelessly to the point that my headboard was dislodged, breaking the screw loose. My couch also has tears on the edges. I was ok with everything until I realized that my Panasonic sound-bar is missing. Due to the fact that your team was separated from me greater than 30 minutes prior to reaching the 2nd destination, I can not attest that my items were not tampered with. Myself and my friend witnessed the "new" movers (hired after your team showed incompetence) securely deliver my items. Please consult with your team to locate my Panasonic soundbar. If I don't hear from you by 4:30pm CST on this date 1/7/2015, I will be reporting this issue to the BBB and also file a Police Report for missing/stolen item.
