Hardly leave reviews on here but while the movers are nice enough, the quality of work was lacking.  I had to ask the movers to just leave all of my boxes and furniture as it was in my living room after seeing all the hellacious scratches that they left on the floor of my brand new apartment.  They say you get 3 movers (more like 2 movers and one person who sits in the truck).  The job took a supposed 4.5 hours to move a small two bedroom apartment 8 miles down the road.  The trip took me a total of 15 minutes to get there and it took them 45.  A little unfair that I have to pay extra for these young lads to learn how to use a GPS (assuming they were actually lost).  One worker mentioned to me that he "couldn't believe his coworker just ate 3 hamburgers straight up".  Anyways after the unloading and scratching of the floors, I asked the workers to please just leave everything where it was and let me move the rest of the boxes within the apartment.  The workers seemed remorseful as they asked me to sign a document notating the damage to the floor.  Long story short, paid too much $$$ due to inefficient workers and ended up getting my floors scratched up.

I was so hopeful this would be a great company - based on the lies Jeff told me about protecting my furniture & house. The paint & walls at the house I moved out of were all scratched & gouged. They didn't send a big enough truck so they had to make 2 trips - costing me extra money. The crew was very nice but clearly untrained. It's hard to find a piece of wood furniture that's not scratched or flat out broken in some way. They bent my children's expensive basketball goal. The estimate Jeff provided was $800 less than my total bill in the end. Do not use this company. Don't believe the BS this company says on the front end. It's just flat out lies.Oh and there really aren't 3 movers - it's like 2 young guys and an older man who supervises. They were nice but definitely not anywhere close to being expert movers. My teenagers are as skilled at moving furniture as their "trained crew" was.

Let's start with a quote just under $400 for the entire move. This quote was provided by Jeff, who clearly can sell ice to the folks at the North Pole. He said all boxes including wardrobe boxes with an exclusion of dish kits. Jeff guaranteed me that my furniture and old house and new house would be totally protected from damage. Both places sustained damage to the walls, corners, doors and door jambs.  The truck they sent was not big enough so they had to make two trips, ultimately costing me quite a bit more than I was quoted.They showed up 3 hours late. Spent over 45 minutes on the dock unloading their supplies to carry out the move. This move should be very easy. I moved from a high rise apartment building to a mid-rise across the street. Both have freight elevators and loading docks. This was supposed to be a six hour move. It turned into a fourteen hour move costing me over $1700 to move an 844 sq ft one bedroom apartment. Every piece of furniture I have sustained damage in one way or another. Ranging from scratches, chips & dents to full on gouges into wood furniture. They generously gave me a $200 credit towards my bill for the damages. Seriously...? Clara (the office manager) is impossible to deal with and a real piece of work. She and Jeff are crooked as can be and not to be trusted under any circumstances. The movers they sent were straight off of skid row. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. These people were billing me by the hour and by the number of people they sent. With six people here there is absolutely no reason why this move was not completed timely. Instead I had to keep an eye on the movers as some would disappear up to 30 minutes at a time. I looked for them repeatedly, only to find them sitting on the dock talking on their cell phones. The most disreputable collection of people I have dealt with in a years if ever. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE! They are crooked and will take advantage of you in every way possible.How is it this company is allowed to conduct business? They are crooks and the authorities need to step in and conduct an investigation as to their continued criminal behavior and unethical business practices.
