I utilized this company to move me into a new apartment recently. They were highly recommended by my father, who had used them previously & was very satisfied with their service. During the move in process, my printer was dropped and broken. I was not upset, as I understand that mistakes do happen. I never felt like the movers were being careless with my items. It was just a little hiccup. The mover informed me that his boss, Ruben was notified of what happened and that my printer would be replaced. Fast forward to a month later, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PRINTER. I have had to follow up several times with Ruben. Each time he’s claimed that it was ordered and they are waiting for it to be delivered. I have never heard of ANY shipment order taking A MONTH to be delivered! I feel like because I was not irate or disrespectful about the situation, the owner Ruben felt like he could take advantage of my kindness and play games with me. I’m very disappointed in the deception, dishonesty and lack of integrity! I’ve been very patient and understanding throughout this process. But it has been over a month since this happened. There’s no reason why I should not have my printer that was ‘supposedly’ ordered. Yes, this company is a smaller company and probably a little less expensive than some companies, but you get what you pay for! Please BEWARE! I don’t want anyone to experience what I had to go through. And it’s so sad because it was an easy fix. It was just a printer...it’s not like it was a super expensive item to replace. Oh, and I should mention, I even still gave the movers a CASH TIP after it was all said & done. I was very respectful and understanding....I also planned to use their services again for my next move. I am very disappointed in how this situation was handled by the lender Ruben, and I would not recommend this company to a single soul! A company that can’t even take accountability and uphold integrity is NOT a company you want to do business with!

These guys are great and very patient. My family and I had a last-minute move and these guys came through. All the items were handled carefully and expeditiously. The service was friendly and the price was reasonable. All in all, they excelled in their service and went above and beyond. I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone.
