Absolute crooks!!!!!! Working with Rooms 2 Go to swindle customers out of money. Absolutely disgusted!

We ordered a bedroom set from rooms to go off 1960& 249 they gave us the delivery recommendation list. We called one of them to deliver the furniture to our place, they supposed to be at our place between 2-5pm they didn't show up I called the number the guy said I am sitting in my office I don't know what are you talking about!? I explained to him 3 times we just booked a delivery with you guys in the morning you supposed to be here between 2-5. He said 3 times I don't know what are you talking about! I offered him to check the order number to see if they picked up our stuff, he still refused to inform me even if they picked up our stuff or not. Then I told him to forget about it we don't need their service !!then he called back and being very racist that I don't talk to women give the phone to your man!! I got so mad my husband tried to talked to the guy ended up told my husband very disrespectful words! we went to rooms to go to figured out who is this guy and they informed us that somebody picked up our furniture, the manager didn't want take any responsibility about the number they handed to their customers. We ended up to cancel our Order with them when the manager told us they never had any complain about these guys and you're the first customer complained about them! We came home and just check yelp and get surprised about how everybody has the same experience like us with these delivery company!

We had them pick up two couches from Rooms To Go and they promised to deliver to the third floor. However, when they came they were unable to take it all the way to the third floor and ended up dropping it in our garage. The quote to just drop it off to the garage was a lot less than dropping it off on the third floor. When I called them to reimburse a part of the amount, they completely denied reimbursement and did not bother rectifying the situation. Also, the staff that came to drop off the furniture was extremely rude and ruthless. They threw the cushions on the dirty driveway floor and damaged the couch as well.

This is by far the worst service I've ever had. The driver has the worst attitude he was very disrespectful and I will never use this company again they did not arrive at home until after 9pm when I was scheduled for 11am 3 pm delivery they never called I had to call them 3 times throughout the day and the driver went off on me. The driver came into my house making barking sounds like a dog now how professional is that.....
