Houston Movers "As Good as it Gets" says it all. Latin Movers has moved me, my family and my friends countless times. I wish I could review for each one. I guess that would be up to them.The 1st and most important part is- no hidden fees. Upstairs, Refrigerators, Safes, etc, they never hit with an additional fee of any kind. I did agree, on a couple occasions, to pay a gas charge. But the circumstances were still all too kind on their part. I had them move from my house to my office, to a storage and back to another house. It was ridiculous on my part, and I agreed to an additional $40.00 gas. They had a 22 ft truck, so they still lost money. If I would have known that then I would have given them even more. (oops.)I've always been allowed to speak directly to the owner to arrange the move. I also always request Leo on every move. Furthermore, they have never broken a single item. NOthing has ever come up missing. When I had them do a company move, changing offices, I had to request a copy of their insurance and they provided it, no problem.On personal moves, They put together the beds, the tv stands and entertainment centers beneath the big screens. They don't put together the electronic part or hang the televisions, etc. Bonus: I don't have to unpack dressers, file cabinets, etc. They use giant saran wrap and wrap it around everything, so it will stay closed. So I use less boxes.Sometimes I ask for 3 movers at a time, sometimes 2. Just depends. Small variance in price. On the big jobs it's more cost efficient.They won't pack anything. And since you're charged by the hour, do realize if you are packing and they are waiting, it is on the clock. I learned that on my 1st move. It was a "shazaaam" moment for me. Besides the cheapest, they are the best too. No frills, but an honest move that will exceed your expectations.

These guys provide a great service, do a great job and get it done right. I'd recommend them to anyone! They moved us from our 2nd floor apartment to our new home and were great! They were a very friendly group of guys. I'll hire them again the next time we move... I they'll have MY business of course

Cancelled on these pp twice and called back.  Fred said he wasn't available so I frantically called others.  Alex called, saying Fred said they were available after all.  They came ten minutes late, which wasn't a problem.  They worked steadily, sometimes slowly, but carefully.  When they were done, I informed the driver that I would be following.  He was reluctant, saying that he needed gas, but I followed them.  They ran in for snacks which was also not a problem, The whole detour took 7 minutes.  They unloaded and finished in 5.5 hours.  They charged me 6 hours, which made me feel like the extra half hour was a tip, which was also fine.Careful, friendly, courteous company.Only complaint is my sons' wooden toy chest was indented all over the top edge.  It must not have been wrapped.  I was careful to watch them wrap and move the dinging room and washer-dryer and mostly the other large items.Would use again.

I used Latin Movers on the recommendation of a friend and had a great experience with them! The men came on time, worked quickly, and got my belongings delivered safely. Nothing was damaged. Exceedingly reasonable price as well, especially considering they moved my stuff into a third floor apartment!My only minor issue was that it was a little challenging to communicate with Fred to get the move scheduled, but other than that everything went smoothly.Would definitely use their services again, and will definitely recommend to others.
