Spoke with a gentleman named Matt throughout the service. He helped me process my transport. Speedy communications. My car arrived on time, a day before I was told even with the holiday weekend . The driver was fast friendly, and professional. Very happy with service. Would use it again! Thanks

We shipped our Porsche from Boston to Santa Fe, New Mexico. The drivers who picked up the vehicle were on time and did a very detailed inspection before loading it onto the truck. Matt was great and answered all our questions. Vehicle arrived 5 days later right to our front door. I will use these guys again.

WARNING!!! Do not use this company!!! Only chose one star because my fiancé &I finally did receive our cars. I chose to use this company initially because they seemed to have good reviews and the price was decent. Knowing what I know now I would have gladly paid more for another company's service. First, we were told the cars would be picked up on a Friday evening, then told no- it'd be first thing Saturday morning. We were moving that day across country so that seemed to be ok. We planned our trip based on the time of pickup. As we waited for the pickup on Saturday we were then told it would be later that morning, causing us to have to alter our travel plans. Later that morning we received another call telling us it wouldn't happen until Sunday. That really pissed us off. We had only a few days to transfer out across country for our jobs and had no room for any more delays. We ended up having to leave our keys with a very kind neighbor who dealt with them the next morning. So, finally they got picked up. Trying to forget that disappointing service we went on with our journey. Fast forwarding 4 days, we were promised in writing  that we'd receive our vehicles maybe Wednesday but definitely by Thursday. That made us nervous, we paid $1700 to have the vehicles shipped and expected them to come through on their part.  Take a guess on how this turned out.... we were called and told we wouldn't get the cars until Thursday night, we had to again alter our plans to make this happen, again. You guessed it! As we waited and waited we were told we wouldn't get them until Friday morning. Go figure. At this point my fiancé was about to throw his phone at a wall. We needed our vehicles to get to our first day at our jobs and still didn't have them. Once again had to alter plans as the cars didn't get into town until that afternoon. And get this!!! The driver called us telling us he was parked 6 miles away and was walking to us. Wtf??!? Why wasn't he driving the truck to drop off the cars?!? He actually ended up driving my vehicle to our home, we drove him back to the truck and my fiancé picked up his car and we drove back home. Crazy!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It's a NIGHTMARE waiting to happen. I'm just thankful our cars were in tact when we got them or there would've been a lawsuit.
