I was promised to get piano covered 3 time. It did not happen. If they offer you boxes , do not take it, otherwise you would need immediately to empty the boxes on the spot. Do not try to say any constructive feedback, just say thank and everything is OK, otherwise the manager blows away" I do not want to do any business with you..." We also were promised to get 3 workers not two and a manager.

We had some issues with items being damaged during the move and them having to postpone my move(the morning of to the next day), but Tom was eager to make things right, and I was reimbursed eventually.The movers during most of the move were friendly and worked hard.  However, as soon as I paid them, they were gone.  Left blankets and boxes in the front yard, didn't hook up our fridge and forgot to move another item.

Houston Best Movers is really, "Houston worst movers." First off, you will pay a deposit with this company but you won't get it back no matter what. I scheduled a move with this company back in June, the move wasn't completed. The guys wanted to spent five to six hours moving just from one location and I said no, they left. As I'm writing this review they haven't given me  back my deposit, even though they promised too. I called and called and called, the guy named Tom refused to pick up his phone, but when he later did after several emails, he promised me the deposit and even made me sent him some identification but still nothing. Secondly, their customer services sucks. The three guys they sent to me where rude, did not smile, not once and were very unfriendly. They took one look at my two bedroom apartment and wanted to spend five hours wrapping stuff before moving from one location only. Mind you, that they charge by the hour for a $100.00, so by the end of the move I would have spent $1000.00 to move from one location and into the next! This company is a fraudulent company and I'm not lying. If you have money to waist, use them, if not just look for a legit company. I mean, who wants to spend that much money moving anyways? This company sucks, you are better off using two strong handy men or go to Thumback and find better service for the right price too.
