Has done a good job while moving from WA to KY.The movers could have been more helpful.

This review is on the administrative handling of our moving storage items across country. Once we decided to go with this company and had sent our credit card, moving info & request date for pick up. We were left playing a guessing game ... are they coming or are they not coming? We never received a verbal nor written confirmation either by phone nor email that they were actually coming the day that we requested. Our only hope was since they had our billing info maybe the drivers & movers would call us the day of and show up. We didn't hear anything til late afternoon early evening on the day and it was from the drivers/movers. Meanwhile we had called and left several messages a day and sent an email requesting a solid confirmation and a time window to expect. Not knowing left us in limbo all day instead if sharing our last precious day having quality time with the family. When the driver Initially called late afternoon 4:30ish we were told to expect them between 6-6:30pm and they would contact us 30 min prior to arrival. 6:15 we hadn't heard so we text and the driver called 30 min later now saying 7pm. Definitely dinner time & going to miss the last supper in town with family. ;( I'm very very sad and I feel a slow burning sensation building. It's good material for the furious temptress Queen born of the flame genie - an acting role I'm working on, so I'm making lemonade out of lemons.  What else can I do it's out of my control, Or is it? Yelp! We went with this company because of it's good reviews. Maybe they are good and we're the exception and even the best of us have things slip through the cracks. We'll guess we're the ones they let slip due to lack of proper administrative communication. We'll never recoup the time lost with family.Not a happy customer.
