Everything was professional and going smoothly with this company over the phone until the actual delivery! I order furniture from Z Gallerie and was advised that a the delivery company would contact me to setup a time. 1. Well I received a call from EDC to schedule my delivery and furniture assembly =Great2. I received another call the day prior to my delivery confirming my appointment = Awesome, I'm thinking Wow! how professional and reassuring that we're all on the same page.3. The day of the delivery I received a call from the driver 30 minutes prior to arriving = I'm feeling good about this!4. The guys arrive with my furniture and all I hear is complaining and how much he hates where I live due to the fact he had trouble with the elevators. I live in a brand new community, not 1 yr old yet and the elevators were fine. Everyone else has moved in and had deliveries with no issue! One guy goes on saying "I hate places lien this, as long as it takes for me to get on ten elevator and go down the hall I could've dropped furniture off somewhere else by now"  then he goes on to say "Do you know how much they are paying me for this" "$100" I had the Donald trump face, I mean geesh sir! It's not my fault, how this property is designed and you're getting paid to do your job" Staff at my community commented to me on how mean and mad the older guy was! Hell it wasn't his day I guess! He told me how he had delivered wrong furniture prior to delivering my items. Again NOT my fault! To make matters worse he handled my pieces like Kimbo slice! The nightstand was damaged and so was the mirror on my bed. I tried to write it on the comments section he said "that don't go there, just sign and call Z gallerie" WOW! Never again! When my replacement furniture comes they better not send this same company! I'm gonna lose it if they do! After all of the foolishness with the grumpy old men... I STILL tipped both of the guys.

I have never experienced the level of unprofessional behavior as with this company. Number one on the day of the move no one showed up during the designated time. I call and email our coordinator to find out that the move was not finalized and they scramble to put together crew but we have to pay am additional $200 plus dollars for overtime. Who does that? Charging the customer for their mistake. I then provided the address for delivering our goods.  Shortly I receive a call that our items weighed more and it would be an additional $1000. This is after the items has already been in their possession for over a week. Two days before the scheduledmove I am informed that the dispatcher will not allow the 18 wheeler in my neighborhood because they may damage the truck so I will need to pay for shuttle service while was an additional $690. And if I did not agree they would keep my items and I would have to pay storage fees and shuttle cost. What a rip off. There was no reason for this last minute drama except these people are incompetent or hustling customers once they know they have there goods or no other choice. The movers were complaining about the distance from the truck to the unit, the two steps and heavy items.  Did I mention that this was a local outsourced company? I could go on but why?
