Never Again!!!My fiance' had used Rick a few times in the past. He probably didn't realise he was getting robbed. I am selling my home and needed things in storage before the final move therefore I asked my fiance' to call Rick and see if he would give him a special rate since he's used his services so many times. He told me Rick quoted him a price of $75 per hr and he would waive the trip charge of $50. Perfect considering the storage is less than a half mile down the road. Rick said they would be at my home between 9 & 10 am. They showed up around 10:20a.m.. They moved fast but I think that was in most part I kept a watchful eye. They follow me to the storage, unload the budget truck that was obviously rented (note: he does not have his own truck). Once done, he said $85 per hr plus $50 trip charge. I informed him of what my fiance' told me and he said that was for two men and he brought a third guy so they can move faster. "But I didn't ask for a third person." Then he quoted me an amount with the trip charge. I called my fiance' and he called Rick right away. Long story, short, Rick still hasn't returned our phone call. The other red flag for me was that he takes cash only. I had someone else quote me the same price but I trusted my fiance's judgement. That'll be the last time I ignore my intuition because it cost me in the end.

I give them 1 star because of how fast it took and cheap. However. I take complete responsibility for that because I was rushing them otherwise they were taking their sweet time. They got lost several time within my apartment. One of the guys smelled like urine. He busted my apartment door sayin "oh is the apartment lady a bitch and will care about this?"  They also said they don't take credit cards only cash. So they followed me to the bank. It was the worst experience. Ever.

BEWARE...I recently hired this moving company they are unprofessional, lazy and make alot of excuses.. Must of all they "BRAKE" your stuff. They will drag on and on and on to make your bill high.. Please find another company, in the end you are not saving any money with them and all your stuff will end up broken...

TWO WORDS - - EFF NO!!! I only wish I would have seen SJ's review when I scheduled these movers. Where to start... I called to book the movers and asked about prices - - 3 men at $80 or 2 at $70 - - well duh, I want 3!  Ok, so 3 movers for Friday morning. I get 5 missed calls from Rick on Thursday morning to ask if I am ready - - to which I say: "uhm, my move is for Friday". So Friday comes and they call to say they will be at my place at 9. 9:15 they arrive and there is only 2 of them! They seem pretty professional but these are two older gentlemen who are slow. I ask them to take my bed apart for me and they spend close to an hour!!!!  Truck is packed, lets go....Time to drive to my new place and I was told 'either you can stop and get us food or we will have to park your stuff somewhere while we eat' - - uhmm, ok - - looks like I am picking up food for them. They start unloading my stuff.... they break one of my cabinets and tell me 'it fell apart' - - REALLY??? cause they are less than a year old and I have 2 identical cabinets... how does one 'fall apart' and the other is fine? They scratched the leg of my table and my walls around my stairs... OMG, not only did they totally scratch the walls - - in some places they took out an inch of sheet rock!!! So time to pay, mind you I moved out of a one bedroom apt... 6 hours and 10 minutes (no subtraction for the 30 minute lunch they took). I hand him a credit card and he says 'no cash or check' - - ok, I will get my check book. I ask about the deduction for my cabinet and Rick says 'it fell apart, we didn't break it' - - REALLY?  So after some discussion he offers me $20 off.  Whatever. I ask about the scratched table and my walls that are demolished - - and this is where it gets really ugly - - Rick and his brother get extremely defensive and says 'we don't cover that'. At which point he tells me he will now only accept cash because I am accusing them of damaging my home. We go around and around (at one point he threatened to call the cops on me) because once I finally offered to go get cash, silly me - - - I and ask them to leave my home and wait outside in their truck, they refuse and start yelling at me - saying I was going to run off and not pay them... 'hello, you just moved everything I own into this house - - - how far can I honestly go???'.  Then they say they are going to ride with me to the bank - - like hell you are getting in my car with me to ride to the bank.  So, my brother stays at the house with them - I come back and pay them (minus the money I spent on their lunch).After they left I started unpacking boxes... 3 of my boxes of bathroom stuff were brought in upside down - - you can imagine bath oils and such all over everything!!!  Who knew my movers would 'roll' my boxes around during the move???  Another box that said 'extremely fragile' oh yeah, it too came in upside down.  Even though I had bubble wrapped everything in here - - many of my vases were not just cracked, but shattered!!!I get it, the work is hard work and manual labor in the heat of summer - - but look, you picked the profession, not me!  This is your job, so do it right!!It was a NIGHTMARE!! They were 'nice' at first but they take NO responsibility for their mistakes and are unprofessional when you ask about their insurance and policies.   All I can say is DO NOT use this company!!!  I wish I would have spent a few dollars more an hour and had REAL movers and not two old men trying to make cash on the side.
