Roosevelt, Stefan and Charles showed up on time, were very respectful and professional. These guys move quick and take very good care of your belongings.Highly recommended!!

If there was a zero, I would have chosen this. This company is extremely disreputable and dishonest. Moving is hard and stressful enough, but they showed up four hours late, they irreparably damaged my furniture by wrapping it in packaging tape. When I addressed it with the owner, she lied saying that her employees (who looked like convicts) said that I was the one who had wrapped my gorgeous futon in cheap packaging tape. Why would I do that?! I WOULDN'T!!! She then continued to lie, and would not pay for me to replace my furniture. DON'T USE THEM unless you are begging for a stressful move. If I can save ONE person from going through hell with this company like I did, I've done my job!!!!

We used Moving Staffers for the packing and loading of our personal property for our move from TX to NC.  Bradford Moving service was the company that was subcontracted to do the job.  5 workers arrived along with Roosevelt Bradford (owner), I found them to be courteous, careful in their packing and communicated to us throughout the process. I wanted them to pack one day and load that next day just so they would take their time and do the job right.  Because we did some packing ourselves they were able to pack what was left and also loaded the 28' ABF trailer.  Good thing they did because we realized that we needed another trailer for the remaining boxes.  The timing was text book, they came the next day and finished the job with the second delivery of another 28' trailer.  I did mentioned to them when they got there I was a little leery of their not so good yelp reviews but they proved me wrong.  Thank you Roosevelt and your team in  assisting us in a stressful move and keeping us within budget. I know it's hit or miss when you get a mover but in my case it turned out fine.  Now, we are NC and unpacking, I will update on how well they packed our stuff hopefully nothing was broken.

Booked thru Moving Staffers which is recommended on the POD's website. 3 guys  showed up on time but one was drunk. He broke a dresser drawer and when I confronted him and asked him to leave he repeatedly said, "FU" "FU" all the way out of my driveway to the truck. I guess its true, you get what you pay for. I received a full refund but had to fight for it. Just glad I had a neighbor that saw and heard everything. They even came back and tried to say that I was cussing at them and calling them racial names. Used the Original 3 Men Movers and they did a fantastic job in 2.5 hours. Very professional. As a business owner myself I know how important it is to give great customer service.
