STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY RIP OF CUSTOMERS. Worst moving company ever!!! Do not use them or you will regret it. We called Coleman to get a quote to move from San Antonio to Downers Grove and the were terribly rude over the phone and said they could not disclose any information until we set up an appointment with there Agent. Agent came to my resident and she was all about just looking for the sale. All se talked about was their insurance to cover if anything was damage or misplaced, she also said not to worry because she was going to add miscellaneous charges because they were going to put furniture in plastic containers for nothing to get damage. I paid an arm and a leg for the service. When our thing got to our new resident everything was damaged. They told me to take picture, fill out a claim and they would replace everything. After 6 weeks they sent a repair guy to see what could be fixed, I allowed him to fix the reparable furniture and he said he would send a report to the company.  I called the company 2 weeks after and they said that they had closed the claim and had sent me a check. They also claimed that I was ok because I agreed thru and email that the amount was right. They never contacted me because the only correct information they had was the claim number and my last name. Every other single piece of information was incorrect.  They representative said there was nothing she could do. I asked to talk to a Supervisor and she told me that the claimed were made that way and that she could not help me at all.  It has been three months and I have not received a check. Every time I call no one answers. I wanted to post this review to avoid any one else the hassle of dealing with a company that likes to rip of customers and has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
