Two guys and a truck.  They were late because they underestimated a job they had to do prior to mine so we changed to the next day.  Unfortunately, they were late again because of their GPS but once they got there, they worked hard and packed very tightly and made what I thought would be two trips into one.  They were very polite and enjoyable to work with. They spoke Spanish to each other although they spoke English very well which tends to exclude those of us who do not speak Spanish.  I was emptying out an oversized storage unit and it took them 4 hours and cost $300.  I will use them again if I need movers. They offer flat rates and hourly rates and give free estimates.  They were very careful and did not hit any of the trim in the house with their carts.

I am only going to type this once, Run....... find another company and never look back! These people are not right......  contacted them about a move two weeks prior to the move gave them my budget and told them what I had (i.e.) everything already packed) also told them I was paying cash because I no longer give my credit card information to companies that are no on file with the BBB or registered with DNB and got a text message (not a phone call) about they could not do the move us on tomorrow because of a family emergency (really who die the owner), Daaaa I run a business also. It's call a plan of action dumb a**es. I'm only going to warn you once...... these are shady people and I regret not trusting my gut from the very first phone call.

Do not use this company. I was told movers would be at my place at 9:00 am, they did not show up until 11:30. Everything was downstairs ready for them to move, then they said they needed to take apart my sofa in order to fit in their truck, I measured myself they could have fit it in length wise. Once they finished taking my sofa apart,(30 minutes later) they waited to move it, because it started raining. If they would have shown up on time they would have missed the rain completely. After another 30 minutes of them texting, and talking on their phones they decided the rain had slowed down enough to move 6 mattresses and 2 sofas. Then when they finally moved my furniture into my new apartment (literally 1.2 miles down the road) they said they were still on the clock for having to put my sofas back together, when they in fact did not have to take my sofas apart in the first place. I ended up paying $290 for them milking the clock, I told them that was not what I was quoted especially because they showed up 2.5 hours late, and sat around for 1 hour. I was then threatened by the movers if I did not pay $290 for milking the clock they would not leave my apartment. So after paying $290 I have 6 mattresses in my living room, 2 sofas that were never put back together. Take my advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless you want to pay people for sitting around.

I hired these movers to do a very small 1 hour move of personal items and some furniture.  I was quoted a price of $49.99 per hour and there was no minimum or additional charges.  At the end of the move my son was charged $75.  He did not know better so paid it and even added a tip.  When I found out I phoned Vic, the owner and told him.  He was to reimburse us $20 but still has not nor called.  If you use them I would suggest knowing you are all aware of the quote before hand.

My initial contact was very professional.  I looked forward to working with them and as Vic told me; no one could beat their prices.  However, they were extremely late (flat tire???) at leat 3 pieces of furniture were damaged including breaking a leg off of a brand new dresser!!  No apology was extended to me when I pointed this out to Vic.  Also noticed Vic doing absolutely nothing a couple of times while the unload process was taking place... they were friendly enough.  Prices good not happy about busted up furniture.. not sure if I would ever use them again.  U get what u pay for.
