3 Amigos Movers and Deliveries

I trusted these movers to move my two bedroom apartment. 1. They did not confirm my appointment. I called the day before to make sure we were still scheduled. 2. He called me the next morning to say that he would be late due to morning traffic. It's Houston...prepare. You know the appointment was for 8 a.m. during a weekday, what do you expect.? 3. He wanted me to sign an agreement of what he was moving that day. We discussed it over the phone. 4. They charged me $45 dollars for shrink wrap that had seen it's day over and over again. They lost the shrink wrap. 5. They did not cover my furniture until I told them to. 6. He asked if I could put my flat panel TV in my car. When I asked if he would  deduct it from the move price he stormed downstairs. Which leads to 7. I asked if his "16 ft." truck could hold all my furniture prior to him coming out and he said yes, but he would bring his trailer as back up. He did not bring the trailer and my furniture was sitting out on the sidewalk until he and his workers figured out how to put it in the truck. 8. He arrived at my new house and scrapped the walls and when I asked him how he would handle that he said " Just give the paint and a tissue and I will fix it"...I was outraged!!! He then said that to get the paint color and he would come back and paint it. I never made that call. All day he was talking about his move and how he knows his truck while on the clock with my move. I had him to move all the big items, paid him and sent him on his way. They were very unprofessional and I will never use them again. I don't understand how they made Angie's list. They were very lazy and complaining about moving furniture from the 3rd floor...you're a moving company and should be prepared for those types of moves.
