I will NEVER use or recommend this company EVER!This moving company was recommended to me by one of the leasing agents in my building. When i called "Jason" the owner of the company, he did not answer any of my calls and his voicemail literally said to only "text" him regarding information on moving services. That seems ODD!After multiple texts back and forth, I agreed for his company to move my 1 bedroom apartment to a different unit (in the same building) as he was the cheapest out of the 15 I have called. I gave Jason specific information that he needed to go to my roommates place first that is located 8 miles from my place to pick up 1. King size mattress. 2. 2 twin size box springs. 3. Headboard and the slats before heading to my place to do the actual 1 bedroom move. I agreed to pay him the additional $30 for moving the bed. Soooooo here is when the nightmare started.1. Jason/crew was to arrive at 11am at my roommates place. He showed up 2.5 hours late. Arrived at 1:30pm with multiple calls and text (which he NEVER answered or replied). They showed up with a pick up truck...yes a pick up truck WITH a dyam couch already in the back. Ummmmm how are you going to fit the king size mattress and all the accessories in the truck. The 2 guys who showed up had absolutely NO clue that they had to pick up a king size mattress. After multiple calls to Jason (from me and his employee) as he never responded, we agreed to just go back to my place and start the move and we will pick up the mattress afterwards.2. The movers were ok but had no supplies and tools with them. Jason said it will be white glove service that they will disassemble and reassemble any bed frames, etc but nope... I had to do it myself as they had nothing with them except a dolly. Any pads, tape, foam to protect my furniture? NOPE! Nothing... so most of my furniture was scratched. The move was quick like expected (1 hour and 15 minutes) The guys did a good job and would have been better if they had the supplies just like Jason promised. 3. After the move, my roommate and the moving team went back to the other location to pick up the mattress. As my friend lived on the third floor of an apartment that did not have an elevator, I know how difficult it is to bring down a king size mattress to the ground floor. Rather than taking their time to go down the stairs..... what did they decide to do instead???? did you guess it right? They threw the bed from the third floor to the first floor. Thats right.. THREW the bed... did you guess it right? Thank god!!!! I bought a mattress bag!!!4. While waiting for them to arrive, I decided to call Jason about the whole experience. Of course after multiple calls, he never answered. He finally responded to my text message only to be a completely rude prick about the whole experience. He never apologized for being late and I requested a discount for the very bad management, experience and move itself. He responded to me "you already getting a discount and its taking longer than I quoted which is not a problem. I was trying to save you and Jen money since thats an issue." First of all, who is Jen and why is she being mentioned regarding my move? It is not a problem that the move is taking this long? You arrived 2.5 hours late and the complete job took 4.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom place to a different unit in the SAME BUILDING! He also stated to me "If everything gone as planned today, everybody would be happy." Jason, if you managed your time with communication with your team, everyone would be happy. Unfortunately, you suck at your job and running your business so whose fault is that? From the sound of it... it was my fault. After multiple text with Jason, excuse after excuse after excuse, he just did not understand 1. time management 2. actual management (with his team) 3. communication 4. customer service 5. running his business. I gave the movers full payment as it was not their fault that they have an incompetent boss and did not want to penalized them for their work since Jason is a complete idiot. Please be assure that management and neighbors in my building has been notified and they will never use your company ever again.
